It’s no secret that most of the couples from The Bachelor can’t make things work once the cameras go away. Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell— the most-recent couple from ‘The Bachelor’– are still together and are hoping that documenting their relationship on reality TV will help them be successful.

A few months ago, the Freeform network announced that Ben and Lauren will be starring in Ben & Lauren: Happily Ever After, a reality show that will document their love. The network recently released the first promo for the show and it’s just as gaggingly sweet as The Ashley expected it to be.

“We survived ‘The Bachelor,'” Ben says in the promo, with his fiance adding, “Now it’s time for real life!”

We also get to see Ben and Lauren exchanging declarations of their love at a Fourth of July party. (Well, The Ashley hopes it’s a Fourth of July party; if not, then Ben really needs to rethink his fashion choices…)

The show may not be all “I Love You’s” and puppies and whatnot, however. At the end of the promo, we see that a question mark has been added to the end of the show’s title, making it now read “Ben & Lauren: Happily Ever After?” Does this mean that Ben and Lauren will not be living happily ever after?!

Dun.Dun.Dun….

In a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight, Lauren says that her squabbles with Ben will be shown on ‘Happily Ever After.’

“When everything around me is changing I get a little stressed out, and unfortunately I probably take that out on Ben a little bit more than what’s fair!”  she said, adding that she isn’t thrilled that a question mark has been added to the title of her show.

“What’s with the question mark?” she said to ET. “For me there is no question mark!”

Lauren confirms that her relationship with Ben is still doing well.

“It’s been really fun to kind of step out of the spotlight – the ‘Bachelor’ world — and just really start our life together,” she said.

The Ashley’s not sure how starring on another reality show is “stepping out of the spotlight” but…whatever you say, Lauren!

  1. You know, good for them…. grab the cash and extend that 15 minutes of fame. They are both very likable folks, and life will be oh so much easier in the future with a nice nest egg.
