‘Unexpected’ Season 7 Star Hunter Johnson Implies His Father Disowned Him After Hunter Got Girlfriend Pregnant at Age 12: “He Said I Ruined My Life”

I’m sure Daddy Dearest will be thrilled to see his kid on this show…

Hunter Johnson knocked up his girlfriend Bella Vaughn when he was only 12 years old and, in a new clip of the upcoming season of Unexpected, he revealed that the pregnancy ruined whatever relationship he had with his dad.

“It all fell apart after Bella got pregnant,” Hunter’s mother says in the clip. “His dad [was] like, ‘I give up now because you’re having a kid and I can’t help you with your kid.”

“He said I ruined my life,” Hunter added, getting emotional. “I do not feel like I ruined my life.”

Hunter insisted that he didn’t care about what his dad said, adding, “I know Bella won’t believe me.”

“I think he may not show it but sometimes it really upsets him,” Bella explained, to which Hunter insisted, “No it don’t.”

“I think he lets in more than he lets out,” Bella said.

Hunter— being a typical 13-year-old boy— then makes a poop joke to cover the awkwardness. (No…seriously.)

This is also the kid that doodled male reproductive organs on his girlfriend’s baby bump so…

Hunter and Bella have caused a lot of controversy since it was announced that they would be appearing on the seventh season of ‘Unexpected.’ As The Ashley previously reported, Hunter was only 12 years old when Bella became pregnant. Bella was 14 years old at the time they conceived their son, Wesley. Over the last month or so, Bella and her family have defended themselves on social media numerous times.

Later on in the newly released clip, Bella and Hunter are shown arguing about the possibility of Hunter failing the eighth grade.

“I don’t want to be two grades above you! Tenth grader dating an eighth grader and we’ve got a toddler!” a pregnant Bella tells him. “I’m not going to let him fail. He’s going to go to school and he’s going to do what he needs to do because he’s got a kid on the way.”

Bella seems more concerned about not being able to go to prom with Hunter if he fails the eighth grade , than how she is going to raise her baby with a 13-year-old.

“Think of the PROM!!!”

“If I go to prom my 11th grade year, he won’t get to go…freshman can’t go. That’d be awful,” Bella insists.

(According to a social media post by Bella’s mom in October, Hunter did advance to the 9th grade and wasn’t required to repeat the 8th grade, as Bella feared he may have to do.)

Hunter and his parents have yet to really speak out about the situation about Hunter’s alleged estrangement from his dad. However, Bella hinted about Hunter’s problems with his parent (or parents) in a post to TikTok in November. In the caption of a video of Hunter playing with their son Wes, Bella wrote that she is considered “the mean daughter-in-law.” (Bella and Hunter are not actually married, though.)

“No I just saw how you did nothing for your son,” Bella wrote to Hunter’s parent. “How you made him question if he could be a good dad. How you only talked to him if he reached out and didn’t make any effort to meet your grandson.”

@_izabellavaughn it shouldn’t be materialistic when it comes to being a parent, but you never had to be one so it makes sense. #15andpregnant💙 #teenmom #boymama #grandparents @KrisNFalen @Hunter_00🦆🕊️ ♬ original sound – dannyvarr

  1. This just gets worse and worse. Of course a 13 year old BOY cannot be a good father to a child. He’s can’t even legally work.
