Jessi Draper’s Estranged Husband Jordan Ngatikaura Seeks Temporary Restraining Order Against ‘Mormon Wives’ Star Amid Ongoing Divorce

If only fans could collectively file a RO that keeps DadTok away from ‘Mormon Wives’ and social media in general…

Jordan Ngatikaura has filed for a temporary restraining order (TRO) against his Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star wife, Jessi Draper, a day after the self-proclaimed leader of “DadTok” filed to end their marriage.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Jordan– who is Jessi’s second husband– filed the TRO request on Friday, one day after he filed for divorce in Utah court. The outlet also notes that Jessi filed her opposition to Jordan’s TRO on the same day.

While the motivation behind Jordan’s TRO request remains unknown, it has been speculated that he did so in an effort to prevent Jessi from publicly speaking out about their split, The Sun reports. Meanwhile, shortly after filing for divorce on March 19, Jordan spoke out about the split himself, telling fans that the decision to end his five-year marriage to the JZ Styles co-owner comes with a “heavy heart.”

“I’m grateful for the shared memories and the lessons,” his statement read. “While our paths are now moving in different directions, my priority remains my children and ensuring they feel loved, supported, and protected through this transition. I am committed to handing this next chapter with kindness and respect. I kindly ask for privacy and understanding as we navigate this as a family.”

Jessi and Jordan wed in October 2020 and share two children– 5-year-old son Jagger and 3-year-old daughter Jovi. (Jordan also has a 13-year-old daughter named Peyton from a previous relationship.)

Fans of ‘Mormon Wives’ have watched the ups and downs of Jessi and Jordan’s relationship play out on the Hulu reality series, with both discussing the possibility of ending their marriage in Season 4. Viewers also watched as the couple temporarily separated in Season 3 after Jessi confessed to having an emotional affair with Vanderpump Villa star Marciano Brunette.

Jessi claimed at the time that Jordan had subjected her to “emotional abuse” throughout their marriage– a claim that Jordan later addressed to People, telling the outlet he took “full accountability” for the pain he caused his wife. In addition to a 90-day separation, Jordan and Jessi committed to going to therapy and working on issues together and separately in order to fight for their marriage.

“ … I would say we both made mistakes for sure,” Jessi said in November. “Mine being the affair and his being the emotional abuse, but I think it takes two to tango. And having that toxic dynamic definitely got me into the mindset of where I was and why I did what I did.”

While Jessi has been open about her past infidelity, a teaser for the upcoming episode of Alex Cooper’s Call Her Daddy podcast hints that the MomTok member may be calling out her estranged husband for doing some alleged cheating of his own.

In the video, which was posted to social media on Monday, the camera zooms in on a gold Truth Box– a recurring group activity on ‘Mormon Wives’– and proceeds to show a message sitting next to the box that reads, “I want a divorce. I wasn’t the only one who cheated.”

Jessi’s Call Her Daddy interview drops on Wednesday; Season 4 of ‘Mormon Wives’ is currently streaming on Hulu.

  1. These people are all so wildly immature. 30 something year old mothers, Mormons, and wives, dancing their cleavage around for TikTok videos is not real adulthood. All of their husbands are just as juvenile. These people got rich for acting like middle schoolers.
