In the upcoming season of ‘Rock the Block,’ Chelsea Houska and Cole DeBoer– and other HGTV designers and personalities– will be given a budget of $250,000 to renovate nearly identical homes located on the same block in an area right outside of Salt Lake City, Utah, using their signature design style.
