It’s all love between the Efird households.
Breanna Godwin, the mother of Josh Efird‘s new daughter, took to TikTok on Wednesday to express her feelings for her man’s ex-wife Lauryn “Pumpkin” Shannon after Mama June: Family Crisis viewers flooded her social media channel with negative comments about Pumpkin.
“Pumpkin and I have a decent co-parenting relationship. PLEASE story commenting about upgrading or downgrading. Honestly I think she’s beautiful myself. She’s a good mama and I have no animosity towards her!” Brenna captioned the video where she lip-synchs to Lizzo’s “Yitty On Yo T***ys (Freestyle).”
Fans of Josh have been commenting on Breanna’s TikToks this summer offering her compliments while throwing shade at Pumpkin.
“big time UPGRADE AND MUCH MORE BEAUTIFUL but I am glad you are with Josh Efrid and he is no longer in the toxic relationship,” one fan commented in June on a video originally posted last October.
“I’m so glad he found you. He’s a good man and you’re absolutely beautiful so I hope you guys live happily ever after. That man was put through a lot and still held down the whole family. You found a keeper for sure. I wish you nothing but the best with your baby and your new family,” a fan commented last week on a video from April.
This week’s video wasn’t the first time Breanna has called out negativity toward Pumpkin. When one commenter criticized Pumpkin’s looks, she replied, “I have no hate towards her. I know people are going to do what they want. I just don’t like it under my post.” When another fan wrote, “Y’all need to stop about upgrade. We are all beautiful in different ways,” Brenna replied, “Agreed.” Back in June, a fan commented on a video that Breanna looked like Pumpkin, to which she responded, “Well, she’s very pretty in my eyes. so thank you.”
In the comments, Breanna provided more details on the state of her relationship with Pumpkin. In response to one fan who asked why Breanna would have animosity toward Pumpkin, she posted, “Exactly but people assume I do.”
She also shared, “Actually me and pumpkin have a good relationship. She’s never done anything to me and I’ve never done anything to her. I’m not saying we are best friends but we definitely have a good co-parent relationship.”
Breanna posted about Josh and Pumpkin’s kids too, writing, “Last I checked, feed, bathed, clothed, play and with them 24/7. I’m with them while he’s at work and I’m here when he’s gets home. I’m very sure that I’m helping rises all 6 of our babies. I’m not there mom would never want to replace pumpkin. But I treat them like my own.”
In addition to her baby girl with Josh, Breanna has a daughter Ella who turns three in September and is a few months younger than Josh and Pumpkin’s twins, Sylus and Stella. The former couple also share Bentley, turning four later this month, and daughter Ella, age seven.
Breanna’s latest video got some supportive comments from Pumpkin, posting via her The Sisters Closet account. To the original video, Pumpkin posted four kiss emojis. To a fan who commented, “He moved on. She moved on it’s time for the fans and audience of the show to move on,” Pumpkin responded, “This part!!”
Most fans cheered on the video and the positive relationship between both of Josh’s baby mamas.
“The respect I just got! We love both you and pumpkin! Both her and Josh deserve happiness. Sometimes good people just aren’t good together and that’s okay,” posted another.
“Yesss! This is great!! People need to realize not everything in their lives was “public” I’m sure they’ve both done their dirt, all that matters is the kids are taken care of/ happy!!! Now everyone needs to let Josh & pumpkin be happy!!! People split up it’s okay!!!” commented another.
Not everyone was supportive of Breanna’s post, though.
“Still the way she did Josh Is unacceptable and she will be trying to get back with Josh after this thing does her wrong just watch,” read one comment.
“I just find it weird how she cheated on Josh with his own cousin. I just find it weird but you do you I guess,” read another.
The latest season of ‘Mama June: Family Crisis,’ which covers the end of Josh and Pumpkin’s marriage, airs Fridays on We TV.

Josh Efird was a great guy. (imo) he still is, even though he entered into a new relationship and had a little baby girl, too cute, and it was well, pretty fast, yes.Many are saying that.I am agreeing. He still is a great guy/mature/loyal-faithful= A Real Man, ,at least in his or near 30s. This all shall make him, continue to grow, mature even more,and you’re to always remember fans of the show, like I am: Want to say you do not have to hate/not like some 1 to be a good co-parenting person. So, i say that’s good, but i do know that, with 3 things i am sharing below is that first off?

1.)Lauryn is only early twenties or mid 20s by now. She grew up fast. HER choice to get knocked up fast herself, as a teenage mom.”
2.)She will hopefully MATURE and should. She can’t go “back to 17, those years are now long gone/mother of a lot of kids early yes, but, she can and i hope so, mature. But, I am not seeing a “forever”type of relationship with her own husband’s blood family member Darrin or whatever her man name is. That’s’ Josh cousin, period. No matter how nice Breanna wanna spin for us, fans of the show, i am not buying it. I am confident that alot of agony still deep down in him exist over her having SEX, sweet talks,time in a relationship with his own cousin.
3.) Lauryn one day, will want him back/she will want Josh. Breanna is saying how great “it all is”sure. For now. Deep down? Nope.
I think we all have to remember it was Lauryn/Pumpkin choice to go cheat talk to, form an “emotional bond”with Josh cousin. that is the most dirtiest thing, disrespectful thing a grown woman 20’s to Middle age 40’s Fifties, to do, and it is not nice, nor respectful.
1 day she will regret it, then “spin it” on a reality show epie saying how it was just because she was alone/felt alone/bored bullsh-t.

They both seem like good mothers and are attractive young women. It takes a lot of time, love, energy and money to care for all these kids. Comments that are positive and uplifting are the only worthwhile ones, because these parents need all the positive support they can get. Josh is a wonderful guy, and it was hard for the fans to see him going through the divorce. It was truly sad tv. I commend him for moving on and continuing his journey as a great dad to a bunch of cute kids!

Right. I also think it’s really disgusting to talk about her looks compared to pumpkin. Yes, I know, I know, she’s overweight and can do something about it is what people will say. I myself think she’s pretty and so is josh’ gf. Even if one of them was “unattractive” that’s not really something you can change.

Where did you read that? I haven’t seen anything about it. I think Josh’s gf was pregnant when pumpkin started dating him. He also had a gf before this one.
Pumpkin (which is Lauryn, who Farrah’s lips always spells Lauren because spelling is hard, lol) cheated on Josh while they were married. The person she (confirmed, as it played a large role in their divorce and both of them have talked about it multiple times now) cheated on him with, was his cousin, the one she’s with now. It’s been out there since they split for certain, but the rumors about her infidelity and his possible infidelity started about 4/5 years ago (and began with a chick-I think her name is Cara or Kara or some shit like that, not a dude…but also, not confirmed). Them having “marital” issues though, started with infidelity, they both have said this.
I’m not excusing him if he did it too, infidelity is infidelity no matter who is doing it. Still sleeping with your husbands cousin is most definitely in the trash handbook, which is what I said, lol.
