Leticia Cline— the girlfriend of American Picker star Mike Wolfe— remains in the hospital on Saturday, recovering from a car crash the couple was involved in Friday night.
Mike took to Instagram on Saturday to inform his fans about the accident, which occurred in Columbia, Tennessee— a town about 45 miles from Nashville that Mike owns numerous businesses and homes. While it appears that Mike was not seriously injured, Leticia was apparently hurt enough to be kept in the hospital.
“Leticia and I were involved in a car accident last evening in Columbia, TN,” he posted on Instagram Stories. “By the grace of God, we’re both safe and okay. We are both receiving excellent care and while Leticia is still in the hospital, she is expected to make a full recovery.
“Thank you for respecting our privacy at this time and we appreciate all of your love & prayers,” he added.
While Mike didn’t provide details regarding the crash, online Facebook posts state that it occurred near his co-op of businesses, and that Mike was hospitalized initially but has been released.
Sadly, this is the second car crash Mike has dealt with this year. In May, Mike revealed that a car had rammed into a vintage gas pump in front of his shop, Columbia Motor Alley, knocking over and damaging the pump. No one was injured in that accident, however.

On Saturday, Mike posted a photo of the car that was involved in the crash. (It appears to be a Porsche 356 but The Ashley can’t confirm that yet.)
“It’s been a rough nite but now there’s light at the end of the tunnel,” he wrote. “I truly believe in the power of group prayers. Thank you to all of you who have sent them to us.”
UPDATE! On Saturday night, Leticia posted an update to Instagram Stories, revealing some of the extensive injuries she suffered in the crash.
“Hopefully I get surgery tomorrow,” she wrote. “Broken jaw (in a few places), broken ribs, sternum, collapsed lung and a lot of swelling on my spine. My mouth will be wired shut but I still got my brain and that’s all that matters.”
She also posted a photo of the crashed car, pointing out the spot where her jaw hit the windshield.

He’s lucky he was driving a classic car. Those can withstand more than the fiberglass bodies of modern cars.
I wonder if his car had seat belts? So many of those older cars do not, and it seems by the extent of the damage and their injuries that it may not have had them
