On Sunday’s episode of Sister Wives, viewers will watch as Robyn and Kody Brown give exes Janelle and Meri the cold shoulder during an encounter at the family’s infamous Coyote Pass property, with Robyn insisting that she doesn’t “endorse fakeness.”
As you know, last week’s episode of ‘Sister Wives’ ended with the joint-owners arriving to Coyote Pass with their realtor, Justin, to finalize the sale on the much-disputed property. In Us Weekly’s preview of the upcoming episode, we see Justin standing between the two parties, with Robyn and Kody opting to keep to themselves.
“We’re ready to go,” Justin says. “I’ve got some stuff just to go over with you guys, just as far as making sure everything’s spelled right and all the deeds are printed out and ready to go.”
While Kody and Robyn join Janelle in looking over the documents, Janelle is the first to speak to the realtor, telling him that the proceeds from the sale are coming at a good time and will “go a long way”– presumably towards her new business in North Carolina. Meri and Janelle then look over the documents with Justin together.
“I want to double check it just because, you know … ,” Janelle says, seemingly referring to the concern both she and Meri had that Kody would divide the property unfairly.
“All right, I’m glad it’s done, glad it’s finally done,” Janelle adds, after the camera shows Meri appearing to hide her laughter over the awkward moment playing out on the Coyote Pass.
Once Justin says goodbye to the group and Meri, Janelle and Kody thank him for helping to get the deal done, Kody and Robyn make a beeline for their car without ever acknowledging Janelle or Meri.
“Like, they didn’t even say ‘hi’ and they didn’t even say ‘bye,’” Meri tells viewers of Kody and Robyn’s silent treatment. “It was like, ‘OK, I am invisible to you.’”
“I think Robyn felt like she was going to persecuted or attacked and I’m like, no, we can be adults here, but whatever,” Janelle says of the encounter.
Back on the property, Janelle and Meri agree that the interaction– or lack thereof– with their former husband and sister wife went “super awkward.”
“It was awkward and I didn’t think it’d be so awkward, but it was pretty awkward,” Janelle says, to which Meri adds, “They just didn’t know what to do or how to have a normal conversation.”
When discussing the moment with producers, Robyn attempts to justify giving Janelle and Meri the cold shoulder, claiming that she doesn’t really “endorse fakeness,” nor does she like to “pretend like everything’s OK when it’s not.” Kody seemingly co-signs Robyn’s remarks, insisting that his shy and pretty wife isn’t fond of “girl games.”
“Robyn hates girl games,” Kody says, adding, “and she reads nuance way different than me.”

Was wondering when someone would bring up those teeth!
She only endorses “fakeness” while playing with her dolls.
Hopefully with the money from Coyote Pass Kody will buy the rest of his top veneers, because all I can see after he shaved his lip (ick) is the 4 cheap veneers on his top teeth. He looks like a crazy bunny. I guess when you get your teeth from a cereal box it’s difficult to get a good colour match. He’s such a tool.

Of course she doesn’t endorse fakeness. She lives it. And who is she kidding about the property. The only reason she did not want it sold was she was hoping Janelle and Meri would just walk away, leaving the sale to her and Kody. My god. Kody is stuck with his pretty and shy wife until she gets tired of him and divorces his dumb ass. Put an end to Sister wives….please!

Absolutely Liiz. If she is fooling anyone it is the Klown who married her. I am so glad Meri and Janelle stood their ground concerning Coyote Pass, which in my opinion was a stupid thing to buy in the first place. But whatever Robyn wants, Robyn gets. The 3 sister wives paid off her credit card debts, picked up and left their homes in Vegas because of Robyn and struggled even more once Kody bought her the huge house. Talk about fakeness. Kody is what my family would call is a “meathead”.
