Veronica Rodriguez and her fiancé Seth Daryoushfer started their Monday off by taking His ‘n’ Her mugshots!
The 90 Day Fiance star— who just got engaged to Seth in September— was booked into a North Carolina jail in the early hours of Monday morning and charged with misdemeanor Domestic Violence. Seth was also booked into jail but was instead charged with Assault on a Female.
According to court records obtained by The Ashley, Veronica is accused of using “physical force” against Seth, and “striking him in the face.” Veronica told the police that she is currently in a “dating relationship” with Seth.
As for Seth, Veronica has accused him of assaulting her.
“Seth held/grabbed Veronica causing scratches to her wrists and thighs,” the Magistrate Order– obtained by The Ashley— reads.
Veronica and Seth each posed for a mugshot photo early Monday morning.

It appears that Veronica bonded out of jail Monday afternoon, after paying the $500 bond. She was ordered to provide her fingerprints and told not to “assault, threaten or harass prosecuting witness” (whom we can assume is Seth).
Seth was released after posting a $2500 bond. He is listed as “born in Iran, US citizen” on his Order Setting Conditions of Release. He was also ordered not to “assault, threaten or harass prosecuting witness” (whom we can assume is Veronica).
A court date has been set for both and Seth Veronica for March 3.
Veronica first appeared on Before the 90 Days during Season 3, when her best friend (and former fiancé) Tim Malcom was dating Jeniffer Tarazona. They appeared on Pillow Talk together and other “90 Day” spinoffs.

Veronica starred on her own on 90 Day: The Single Life Season 3 in 2022 while dating Justin Foster. After that relationship ended, Veronica briefly dated a guy named Jamal (who happened to be the son of fellow “90 Day” alum Kim Menzies). In January, Veronica introduced Seth publicly on Instagram. Seth proposed to Veronica in Venice in September and the couple announced they were planning to get married in 2026.
“On my 40th birthday in Venice, Seth gave me the most unforgettable gift,” Veronica told Us Weekly after the proposal. “He asked me to spend forever with him. We’re beyond grateful for this moment in our story and can’t wait to celebrate our wedding in early 2026 with the people we love most.”
Just one day before their arrest, Veronica paid tribute to Seth on Instagram via a video full of their happy moments.
“2025 was the best year yet!” she wrote. “Can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store for us.”

The Ashley will continue to update this story as more info becomes available. Stay tuned…

Wow. Bummer. I thought Veronica had a lot more sense than that.
Are you fucking kidding me? Last person I ever thought would be arrested!
