Love Island USA Season 7 star Huda Mustafa has been hit with a temporary restraining order after an alleged heated encounter with the baby mama of her boyfriend, Too Hot To Handle alum Louis Russell.
The request for the temporary restraining order— filed by Nicole Olivera — was approved, and now Huda is speaking out about the alleged incident and denying Nicole’s claims that Huda broke into her house and threatened her and her young son.
According to documents filed by Nicole last week and obtained by Page Six, Huda allegedly broke into Nicole’s home in Los Angeles last month while Nicole and her one-year-old son, Luka-Kai— whom Nicole shares with Louis— were home. Nicole claims that on February 20, Huda flew from her home in North Carolina to Los Angeles and “threatened to jump off buildings, swearing on her daughter’s life that she was going to kill herself.”
(Huda’s daughter, Arleigh— whom she shares with her ex Noah Sherline— is five.)
According to Nicole, Huda allegedly went on to make “terrifying and extremely mentally unstable threats” towards herself and the two children for 12 hours. Nicole also claims that in the early morning hours of February 21, Huda took an Uber to Nicole’s home– where Louis and Luka-Kai were— and “[threatened] to knock [Nicole’s] doors down” before breaking in, which was allegedly recorded on surveillance cameras. Police were called and responded to the scene.
In addition, Nicole claims that Huda has “harassed” her on social media.
A judge has approved Nicole’s request for a temporary restraining order, meaning that Huda is required to stay at least 100 yards away from Nicole, Luka-Kai, and their home. The order will remain in effect until their scheduled court hearing on April 3.
Nicole now claims that she’s “mentally and emotionally in fear” for the safety of her and her son and is going to take legal action to ensure this does not happen again.
“I pray for her mental health,” she said of Huda
Nicole gave an exclusive interview to TMZ in which she claimed that Huda texted her that she “would not be here tomorrow,” seemingly threatening to harm herself. She also claims that Huda made Louis “swear on their son’s life that he’d never leave her.”
Huda is denying Nicole’s claims. On Tuesday, she posted a story to her Instagram insisting that she did not do the things Nicole is accusing her of.
“I’m aware of what’s being said and it’s not true,” Huda wrote. “I’m handling everything the right way by letting legal take care of it. I appreciate everyone who continues to support me.

A source allegedly close to Huda told TMZ that Nicole’s allegations that Huda threatened her own daughter are “entirely false” and that Nicole has “used their child as leverage to manipulate Louis.”
“Our sources claim Nicole has made hateful and false statements about Huda and Huda’s child, despite Huda never having spoken negatively about anyone’s kid,” the site reports.
Although Louis— who appeared on ‘Too Hot to Handle’ in 2023— has not directly addressed the allegations, he recently posted a photo of him and Huda on his Instagram story, calling her his queen.

Louis also posted a photo of his son, writing, “This first.”
Huda and Louis met after her time on “Love Island USA” in summer 2025 and debuted their relationship at the red carpet premiere of “Weapons” on July 31.
