‘7 Little Johnstons’ star Anna Johnston has been arrested for DUI.

The Ashley can exclusively reveal that the estranged daughter of Amber and Trent Johnson was hauled into jail in Georgia on October 10 after cops saw her car parked on the side of the highway after she and her much-older boyfriend Jeffrey Messervy got into an argument.

According to the arrest report obtained by The Ashley, Anna— who no longer films for the show—- was driving a car with Jeffrey and his cousin inside. When cops approached the pulled over car, they found a “distressed” Jeffrey standing in the rain while on the phone. He informed the officers that he was “upset due to Anna driving them around with alcohol in her system.” Jeffrey told cops that this caused him and Anna to argue and she pulled the car over.

“At the time of my arrival, [Jeffrey] was on the phone with a friend asking them to come pick the three of them up so that Anna would not have to drive any further,” the officer wrote in his report.

The officer claimed that when he spoke to Anna, she told a different story, claiming that the argument was simply about which route to take to their destination. However, the officer noted that when he spoke to Anna, her speech was “slurred.”

Jeffrey’s cousin confirmed to cops that Anna had a shot of alcohol before driving. (Anna later denied having anything to drink when she was asked by the cops.)

“She continued to have slurred speech during our conversation,” the officer wrote. “Additionally, she was slightly unsteady on her feet.”

The officer also noted that Anna smelled like alcohol.

Anna was given a field sobriety test, during which she reportedly exhibited signs of impairment, according to the arrest report. She was given a preliminary breath test (PBT) and the results indicated that her BAC was 0.139. (In Georgia, it is illegal for a driver to have a BAC higher than 0.08%, by the way.)

At that point, Anna was arrested for Driving While Under the Influence.

Unfortunately for ol’ Jeffrey, the incident resulted in his arrest as well. Although he wasn’t driving at the time, cops asked for his ID. They soon discovered that Jeff had a warrant out for his arrest in another county. He was taken to the detention center as well, and his cousin drove the car away.

(This is not Jeffrey’s first arrest. Back in October 2025 he was picked up for theft by conversion in Houston County, Georgia.)

When she reached the detention center, Anna cheesed hard for her mugshot (for some reason).

As ‘7 Little Johnstons’ fans know, Anna is estranged from her siblings and family. The estrangement came after numerous events, one of which involved Anna allegedly taking a 20-year-old family friend to a bar. This caused a huge family blowup that was discussed on the show. 

Anna and her estranged family members have yet to comment publicly on the arrest.

Word that Anna may have been arrested first spread on Monday after the creator @Brittany_TuffTopic stated she was tipped off about the arrest.
