‘Teen Mom’ Amber Portwood “Just Couldn’t Pee” For Drug Test!

"What do you want me to do? I just can't pee!"

Teen Mom star Amber Portwood may once again be in trouble with the law. (Oh, if I had a nickel for every story I have written that has started like that!) TMZ reported this morning that Amber did not complete this week’s court-mandated drug test, which is a violation of her probation. A judge will decide today if the incomplete drug test will send Amber to the slammer for five years.

However, Amber is claiming that she didn’t technically fail the test….she just failed to pee.

E! News got an exclusive statement from someone close to Amber.

“A source close to the 21-year-old tells E! News that Amber did indeed go for the required urine test, but she sat for over an hour and ‘just couldn’t pee,’ and media outlets, notably TMZ, spun it as if she never took it.”

If it’s between facing five years in jail and squeezing out a few drops, I’m going to pee!

Amber herself told E! that she didn’t appreciate TMZ reporting that she failed her test, when that apparently isn’t the case.

“I would be in jail if I skipped” she tells them. “Honestly, I don’t give a sh*t what people are saying…I’m doing what I have to do…they are not a concern of mine.”

You don’t give a pee either! (Sorry…that was too easy!)

UPDATE: Amber will not be going to jail. According to TMZ, she now has to do an extra 30 days of daily drug testing and write a 500-word report on why she is in drug court. If she does this she will avoid being sent to detention jail. What the heck?

  1. LMFAO at the 500 word requirement. Apparently 2 pages double spaced is sufficient room to explain the multitude of reasons why she’s in drug court. Who knew probation was so much like junior high?

    1. Drinking too much water can dilute the sample. A diluted sample can be considered a positive UA but more often I’ve seen people just ordered to retake the day after the results are recieved and directed to cut back on fluids beforehand.
