Followed a link in that Starcasm article and found that, in addition to the slumlord-ness, damn near everyone in that family has been arrested! The sisters’ mugshots are fantastic, they look like totally different people without the surgery and/or spackling they have slathered on in every scene.

A girl I went to school with rented from them and had a ton of issues, I believe the main one was the roof being destroyed/the house uninhabitable and Chuck not wanting to fix it.
