It’s officially over for Patrick Mendes and Thais Ramon.
On Tuesday, the “90 Day Fiance” alums had their decree of divorce officially filed in the Nevada District Court, just five days after Patrick filed to have their divorce finalized without a hearing. This finalization comes nearly five months after Patrick initially served Thais divorce papers back in May.
In the decree first obtained by Starcasm, Patrick and Thais are to split legal and physical custody of their three-year-old daughter Aleesi. On week one, Thais will have Aleesi from Saturday at noon to Wednesday at 5:00 PM and Patrick will have her until Sunday at noon. For week two, Thais will have Aleesi from Sunday at noon to Wednesday at 5:00 PM and Patrick will have her until Saturday at noon, then the cycle will repeat.
When traveling internationally with Aleesi, both parents need to sign a written consent form and the parent traveling with her needs to provide a detailed itinerary and emergency contact list prior to departure. Patrick and Thais have agreed to cooperate when exchanging Aleesi’s passport.
As for assets, Patrick gets the couple’s 2006 Honda Ridgeline and Thais gets the 2022 Tesla Model Y. (Patrick must transfer the Tesla title to Thais within 12 months.)
When it comes to debt, each party will “be solely responsible for any debts held in his or her individual name and shall indemnify and hold the other Party harmless therefrom.” This detail is important because it divides up the liability for the couple’s $240,000 debt, most of which belongs to Patrick.

Because Patrick is responsible for almost the entirety of their shared debt, the docs require that he be “solely responsible for any IRS or joint tax liability, including the debt associated with the Parties’ 2025 tax return and any resulting tax, penalties and interest.”
The judge did not order Patrick or Thais to pay alimony, spousal support, or child support. However, Patrick assumed financial responsibility for all child care costs, which canceled out his child support obligations.
Fans first met Patrick and Thais on Season 9 of “90 Day Fiance.” The couple married in Florida in February 2022 and later welcomed Alessi. After appearing on Season 3 of “90 Day: The Last Resort”– which they filmed in April 2025– the couple recommitted to each other and vowed to work on their marriage upon returning home.

Just one day after being served in May, news broke that Thais was arrested for domestic battery after slapping Patrick at her Las Vegas home. (See the bodycam footage here.) The state has since dropped those charges.
During divorce proceedings, Patrick alleged that Thais had an affair during their marriage and, when he confronted her about it, she threatened him with a knife. Thais and her team told the judge that this claim was made in “error” and requested for the claim to be removed from the case; Patrick’s legal team agreed to strike the motion from the record.
Patrick and Thais have yet to comment publicly on their recent divorce.

Patrick is a pretentious goon who tried to buy a pretty wife. He lived way above his means & had to show how rich and successful he was by driving expensive cars, wearing expensive clothes & jewelry, etc. He’s all flash and no cash. He knew that Thais wouldn’t have given him a second look if he didn’t have money or at least the illusion of having money. He would never settle for an average-looking woman, so he got what he paid for.
Thais is no angel. She used him for everything she could get. I don’t understand that mentality, but she’s not alone. A lot of women are like that. She married Patrick without even telling her father what she was doing. Why is that? Could it be because her father knew she was literally prostituting herself for the material things Pat could provide? And bringing an innocent baby into the mess was vile on both their parts.
