It appears that going to ‘The Last Resort’ didn’t work for Thais Ramone and Patrick Mendes, as Patrick has officially filed for divorce from his wife of four years.
TMZ broke the news on Friday that Patrick filed paperwork in Clark County, Nevada, to end his marriage to Thais. In addition to requesting a divorce, Patrick is also demanding that he be given sole legal custody and primary physical custody of Aleesi, the three-year-old daughter he shares with Thais.
According to the court paperwork— which was also obtained by The Ashley— Thais has not yet been served with the divorce docs (so there’s a chance she may have found out that Patrick filed by reading it on TMZ.)
As “90 Day” fans will remember, Thaís and Patrick met in Thaís’ native Brazil when Patrick was visiting. While looking for a Portuguese teacher on a dating app, Patrick— who hails from Texas— found Thaís. “90 Day Fiance” viewers watched their relationship play out during Season 9.
The couple married in Florida in February in 2022 and welcomed their daughter Aleesi that November. They now reside in Nevada.

Patrick and Thais are set to appear on the upcoming season of “90 Day: The Last Resort,” which premieres on June 1. It was reported that the couple appeared on the show— which was filmed in England in April 2025— to “work on their intimacy and address Thais’ continuous requests to move back to her home country of Brazil before she moves without him.”
According to the divorce paperwork filed by Patrick on Wednesday, Patrick claims that Aleesi has been living with him— at a different address than Thais— since May 6. At this time, he is not seeking child support or spousal support, as he claims he makes double what Thais makes each month.

He is requesting the couple’s truck, a 401k account with $8,000 in it and his mattress.
While Patrick and Thais have not spoken out publicly about their split, a rep for the couple issued a statement to TMZ on Friday.
“Out of respect for everyone involved, we believe it’s important not to jump to conclusions or contribute to speculation before all facts are properly clarified,” the rep stated. “Domestic matters can be deeply emotional and complex, and we encourage compassion, privacy, and due process for all parties involved. Our focus right now is simply ensuring that everyone is safe and supported. We appreciate the public’s understanding and ask for respect regarding their family and personal privacy during this time.”
Just 12 days ago, Patrick posted a tribute to Thais for Mother’s Day.
“We love you and everything you do for our family,” he captioned a sweet video posted to Facebook of Thais and their daughter.
Thais and Patrick aren’t the only couple from the upcoming season of ‘Last Resort’ who have already split. Sarper Güven and Skekinah Garner have also already gone their separate ways since filming.

This is so predictable now. It’s like peds late night stock pronouncements that net $$$ for his protectors but unlike the biggest scammer of them all the only riches awaiting these mini grifters is their Last Resort stipend.
First off, why would Aleesi be served with papers? I’m sure you meant Thais, but …
Patrick is and always has been a douche. This marriage was doomed from the start. All Patrick cared about was that Thais is “smokin’ hot”. He never said a word about her personality, sense of humor, or anything other than her looks. I laughed at the request that he be awarded his miserable $8,000 401K. The guy claims to make $10K a month and only has $8K in his retirement savings? He’s too fixated on driving the flashy car, wearing the shiny jewelry, living in the biggest house and impressing people with his success to be bothered saving for retirement? Thais complained on one of the previous shows that Patrick pressured her for sex every day and if she didn’t want to have sex, he’d get mad and start calling her a cheater. He’s a miserable, POS misogynist who has no business raising a young daughter. I don’t like Thais all that much either. She’s as pretentious as Patrick and I think the only reason she had the baby was to anchor herself to the US and eventual green card.
In other 90 Day news, Jovi confirmed on his social media that he has separated from Yara.
Who would have guessed that Jenny and Sumit would end up being one of the most stable 90 Day couples in the bunch??
Their daughter is beautiful considering Patrick strongly resembles a toe.
They were a shit-show from the get go. She was whiney and he was an Olympic level bodybuilder who got busted doping. Twice.
Patrick is exactly the kind of douche who will try to financially cripple his ex just to “win.”
