Things have apparently gone from bad to worse for Thais Ramon.
The 90 Day Fiance star was arrested on Friday– the same day that news that her husband Patrick Mendes filed for divorce! As The Ashley reported on Friday, court records showed that Thais had not been served with the divorce docs at the time the news went public, meaning she could have found out that Patrick filed by reading it on TMZ.
Instagram account @KikiandKibbitz broke the news of Thais arrest on Saturday. The Ashley has located Thais’ arrest record and can confirm the “90 Day: The Last Resort” star was, indeed, locked up Friday for domestic battery.
According to court records viewed by The Ashley, Thais was charged with “Domestic Battery: First Offense,” which is a misdemeanor in the state of Nevada.
Thais eventually posted the $3,000 bond and was released. She is due back in court in July to answer to the charge.
As The Ashley previously reported, Patrick filed earlier this week to end his four-year marriage to Thais. In addition to requesting a divorce, Patrick is also demanding that he be given sole legal custody and primary physical custody of their three-year-old daughter Aleesi. He is not seeking child support or spousal support from Thais at this time.
In his filing, Patrick claimed that he had been living with Aleesi away from Thais since May 6.

The couple is due to appear together on the upcoming season of “90 Day: The Last Resort,” which is scheduled to premiere on June 1. According to the summary of the couples provided by TLC, Thais and Patrick appeared on the show— which was filmed in England in April 2025— to “work on their intimacy and address Thais’ continuous requests to move back to her home country of Brazil before she moves without him.”
It is not known if Patrick was the alleged victim of the domestic battery allegedly committed by Thais on Friday.
Neither Thais nor Patrick have mentioned Thais’ arrest on social media. On Saturday, however, Thais posted a video of Aleesi going to the dentist.

Patrick lured her to the US under false pretenses and I truly hope that she takes the baby back to Brazil and bars Patrick the roid head from their lives.

Patrick was manipulative from the start by spoiling her while she lived in Brazil and then turning into a jerk when she left her country to be with him. He immediately started acting like she was out for his money (that he overinflated to give the illusion of extreme wealth) and tried to control her, all while putting his job at risk by doing steroids. I believe that Patrick cheated on her while she was in Brazil, too, but I could be remembering that wrong.
If thats your term for false pretenses, this would apply to over half the men on the show lol!
Patrick definitely isnt rich but hes clearly not broke either. They seem to have lived comfortably.

It also coincides with Patrick filing for divorce and not telling her. She learned through TMZ. Definitely never ok to assault anyone.
What I will say is Brazilian women are hot tempered hot blooded women. My ex married one her and her 26 yr old daughter look exactly like Thais. And both are very aggressive when mad.
Whatever is going on it sounds chaotic af, hope the kid is in a stable situation.
