Jenelle Evans says she won’t be returning to life on The Land— or North Carolina— any time soon. Instead, the fired Teen Mom star says she’s flying in her best friend from back home to live with her in Sin City.
During a Live session on social media on Tuesday, Jenelle was asked if she plans to move back to her lil piece of swampy heaven, The Land— the North Carolina property she and her ex-husband David Eason lived on. Not surprisingly, Jenelle— who moved to Las Vegas in the spring of 2024 because the soulmate she had lined up next, August Keen, lived there for better “business opportunities”— said she associates her sinking lovenest on The Land with bad memories of her marriage and doesn’t want to move back.
“As of right now I really like Vegas and I think it’s working out for me and the kids,” Jenelle said. “There’s so many opportunities here. North Carolina people, they’re just not ambitious.”
Jenelle said that she may want to keep her home in North Carolina, but does not see herself ever moving back there.
“The kids, they want me to keep the house because there’s so many good memories for them there,” Jenelle said.
The house holds a lot of bad memories for Jenelle, though.
“I hate going there because I remember more bad memories than the kids do, which is a good thing, ya know? No trauma,” she said. “I’m probably going to use it as a vacation house.”
As The Ashley previously told you, Jenelle and David are now divorced, but the former soulmates are still squabbling in court over The Land, as well as custody and child support for their daughter Ensley. (They have mediation scheduled in North Carolina for next month.)
While Live on TikTok on Tuesday, Jenelle revealed that she is bringing one thing over from North Carolina: her best pal, Tori Rhyne!
Jenelle stated that she will be going to North Carolina soon (likely for that mediation hearing), and then will be possibly driving home to Vegas, with Tori in tow.
“Tori’s moving to Vegas!” Jenelle announced gleefully. “And me and Tori are going to start a podcast and she’s going to be in a lot of my vlogs and, yeah, I’m really excited for her. It’s going to be fun.”
Jenelle elaborated on the podcast, which she said will be a “besties podcast” where they may have “people on sometimes.” As of now, Jenelle and Tori are threatening planning to do their podcast once a week.
Jenelle insisted that when she and Tori get together, they “talk really well.”
Um…
“Our chemistry is really good on-camera, off-camera, all the time,” Jenelle said. “…so I just think the podcast would work really well with me and her. It would be so funny. She’s hilarious.”
Of course, this is not Jenelle’s first foray into the podcasting world. Back in 2021, Jenelle hosted The Jenelle Evans Podcast, which lasted for about two episodes, one of which featured her then-husband David burping into the camera, making “boobie” jokes and Jenelle saying “Um” while looking at her phone on-air. Last year, she seemed to be attempting to start podcasting again with her failed Time of Day brand, but nothing was ever released, other than a promo picture.

The real reason why Jenocchio may want to keep the house is so David and Kenleigh can’t have it.
Also, Tori will be putting most of the work in, including with the kids, until she or Jenelle finds a new soulmate. Jenelle does not like playing second fiddle to Tori’s men, yet she will always place Tori below a man in her own life.

I know when I choose a vacation spot, high up on my list of things I look for are places that bring back traumatic memories! Maybe Nugget’s ghost will visit.
Bringing Tori out to Vegas because, as usual, DeluJanelle can’t deal with simply being a mom and being there just for her kids. They’ll never be more than props and money makers to her.

Jenelle can’t afford to keep more than one residence, let’s be real. The house on the Land is not paid off.
The podcast with Tori isn’t going to last more than a few episodes, if it ever even gets recorded and released. Podcasts don’t make money without sponsors, and she’s going to have a hard time securing those. People will reach out to companies, just as they have in the past.
P.s. You also forgot to mention Jenelle tried to start a podcast with that group of girls and got in a fight with Deavon Clegg.
This is what I don’t understand! Jenelle is adamant that she’s not going to split her assets or share The Land with David in the divorce settlement, but she doesn’t want the trailer, the land or anything to do with it so why not try to sell it and just split the revenue? She’s a petulant, self-centered child who will never grow up.
There won’t be much, if anything, to split. They took out a mortgage to buy the prefab and the lenders will have to be paid before anyone else. The place isn’t worth much and they’ll probably be in the red when all is said and done.

Oh sure, I’ll bet the kids have “such good memories of living there.” Memories of Kaiser being beaten by David, being so afraid of him that he developed a stutter every time David came in the room! Memories of Mommy hanging out in the shed all day smoking her dope and shooting up! Memories of David beating the shit out of their mother! Oh and all of the fond memories of Jenelle taking Davids side against the kids and calling them “assholes, liars, and little bitch!” The blatant favoritism that Jenelle and David showered on Ensley while Kaiser was ignored, abused and mistreated!” Sure! Great memories Jenelle! No trauma there!! What a delusional piece of shit she is! And such a sickening excuse for a mother. Who in their right mind would waste one minute of their day listening to a “podcast” of two white trash whores?

Oh yes, how did I forget to mention all of the mysterious disappearances of several family pets? Various dogs that weren’t shot, but were all of a sudden gone. Nugget, who WAS shot, the goat that was stabbed to death and cooked and eaten on camera. Yes, we mustn’t ever forget about those poor animals that suffered right along with the kids. And I agree with you 100% that Jenelle was never afraid of David or “in fear for her life.” She just acted that way for sympathy. I just meant that their fighting and violence to each other had to contribute to the kids trauma.

Yeap, I have the feeling that the Land will be sold as part of the spliting of assets with the divorce. She’s deluuluu if she thinks she’ll get 100% of everything in the divorce. I think because of the RO that keeps him off the Land right now (why if she’s relocated to Vegas is he not allowed on the Land?), she thinks everything is hers. A quick Google shows NC is a 50/50 divorce state so this whole thing is going to be fun to watch…where’s my popcorn?
