On this week’s episode of Welcome to Plathville, the Plath Family is dealing with the aftermath of the brutal post-wedding beatdown Micah received courtesy of his brother Isaac.
As The Ashley previously told you, the ‘Welcome to Plathville’ stars got into a physical fight back in February after Lydia Plath‘s wedding to Zac Wyse. At some point during the Battle of the Blond Bros, Micah’s nose was broken, ultimately requiring him to go the hospital to have his extensive facial wounds tended to. At the end of last week’s episode, viewers were informed that the reason Isaac attacked Micah was due to the words and actions of Micah’s girlfriend Veronica Peters. (Veronica called Isaac’s girlfriend Kaylynn a “slut,” mistakenly believing she was actually Ethan‘s girlfriend Teegan Nichols.)
In a new preview clip of this week’s episode, viewers see Isaac come face-to-mangled-face with his brother Micah for the first time since the fight. We also see Veronica dealing with the awkward situation (and Micah being angry at her for it) by using some dark (and downright strange) humor.
“His face looks…botched,” Veronica tells the cameras of Micah. “I’m over here [like], ‘OK, we’re going to need a plastic surgeon. It’s going to cost $20 grand to fix his nose. Isaac better start collecting a lot of peanuts— or whatever he does at work.”

As The Ashley previously reported, Veronica spoke out on Reddit in March, breaking the news about the fight (which was not filmed) and revealing just how bad Micah’s injuries were.
“[Isaac] drunkenly rearranged his face,” Veronica wrote at the time. “He nearly killed [Micah]. His nose was ripped off as well as the leather jacket he wore.”
In the preview scene, the brothers’ mom, Kim Plath, seems to be focusing on Veronica’s role in getting the siblings to squabble, rather than what Isaac actually did to Micah.

“I think Veronica thinks that the reason we need to talk is that we need to talk about how wrong Isaac was to punch Micah,” Kim said. “I don’t think she realizes that the underlying thing is because of all the things that she’s been saying and doing.”
Just then, Isaac and Micah come downstairs and viewers (and Isaac) get a slight gander at Micah’s broken beak. Isaac looks sheepishly at his brother, and then expresses to the cameras that he regrets what he did.
“I see Micah for the first time [since the fight] and I just feel really bad,” Isaac says. “I don’t even know what to say. I feel like there’s a lot that’s not being talked about that needs to be straightened out.”

“Veronica’s the elephant in the room,” Isaac adds.
We see Veronica try to talk to Micah, who snubs her. (This is likely due to the fact that Micah blames Veronica for the fight. In a different preview clip of this week’s episode, Veronica tells the cameras that Micah texted her, “Isaac attacked me over you…I’ve never seen so much blood.”
Veronica tells the cameras that she’s worried that Micah is now mad at her.
“This is not enjoyable. I don’t want to be here,” she adds.
Instead of trying to fix her relationship with Micah (or smooth things over with Isaac and his girlfriend), Veronica decides to use one of the disposable cameras left over from Lydia and Zac’s wedding to photograph Micah’s wedding shirt, which is now covered in blood following his brotherly beatdown.
As you do…
“She’s going to get these pictures developed and just see a bloody shirt!” Veronica says gleefully as she snaps photos of Micah’s shirt.

In footage of this week’s episode shown at the end of last week’s episode, we saw Veronica defend herself over accusations that Micah and Isaac’s fight was her fault.
“I did not control the arms of these two men,” she says, to which Ethan Plath jumps in to inform her that Isaac told Micah that he “lost respect” for him for remaining in a relationship with Veronica.
“Because of what YOU HAVE DONE!” he stresses.
Since the footage aired last week, Isaac’s latest Instagram post (from seven weeks ago featuring him and Kaylynn) has been flooded with negative comments from fans.
“You should be in prison for what you did to Micah!” one person wrote in the post’s comment section. “Disgusting behavior. Get help!! Your family needs to learn how to control yourselves.”
“Micah is literally the kindest human being that sees the best in everyone, you had absolutely no right to disfigure him over your frustrations with Veronica and Zac,” someone else wrote. “He literally escaped Veronica just to listen to you vent and you thanked him by basically attempting to murder him.”
“Forever shame on you for almost disfigured your brother you thug!” another person commented.
(Isaac did not receive any charges from the fight, from what The Ashley can tell.)

Micah, run as fast as you can. This girl is so toxic, not to mention she is so verbally abusive. Be thankful for the lessons learned of what you don’t want in a girlfriend and boot this biotech to the curb like the trash she is.
She’s just as bad, she fit in so well.
Trying to spin it, making herself a victim of their toxic environment… but it’s plastered all over the show. She’s knee deep in being dysfunctional and trashy.
She’s a lot of drama.
I honestly felt bad for her… now… not so much.
I don’t blame her for the beat down. That was a choice. His brother didn’t say anything or do anything. His girlfriend was stirring the pot, and so he took a beatdown? No.
OK, several things here. Micah wasn’t almost killed. Isaac didn’t try to murder him. His nose wasn’t ripped off his face and his face wasn’t terribly disfigured. His shirt was not “covered in blood”. Way to over-exaggerate an already shitty situation. There was anger brewing beneath the surface with the Plath boys over the marriage long before the fight took place and Veronica knew it. Veronica is a horrible person who loves to throw darts and then hide her hands and act like a victim. She DID antagonize the situation. TBH, she had no business even going to the wedding. She hates the Plaths and has done/said so many things to cause trouble for the family that she really wasn’t wanted. She didn’t want to go but went just to start shit. She called one of the girlfriends a slut at a wedding! Who does that?
I’m not saying Isaac isn’t responsible for throwing punches because he is. The Plath family as a whole are really problematic and I don’t think I could have maintained a relationship with any of them much less go to a wedding with all of them. Kim & Barry raised a bunch of uneducated, unsophisticated, unprepared young adults who are going to be behind the 8-ball their entire lives because they were never socialized or taught anything outside their own misogynistic, racist, homophobic little circle. None of them are people I would ever associate with. But Veronica is no prize either. She’s a smart-mouthed toxic trashbag who needs to be knocked down a few pegs. Isaac should have molly whopped her, not Micah.
Veronica is a disgusting human being. She was live on s. a couple of days ago and boy oh boy, I hope she has lots of money because she was defaming the plaths like crazy. She claims Micah gave her an std (chlamydia)which caused her to miscarry, she claims Kim is always drunk, and she said Micah takes Percocets and Mariah is on drugs. She says Teegan is nothing but a fan girl who is only allowed one night a week with the child because she is an unfit mother who parties too much and Olivia used her. She didn’t stop there either but I would be here forever. She threatened to sue anyone who posted her live feed or shared it. But someone on Reddit screen recorded it and a content creator on YouTube posted it. There is a way to avoid being sued and she knew the way. Its quite bad.
Her subreddit is just as bad, or at least it was before she banned me. She doesn’t like when you call out stories of hers that don’t add up.
“and Olivia used her”
LMAO! They’re both super twisted bitches. Yet people want to throw stones at the Plaths. Whatever! We live in a world where idiots are programmed by social media.
Veronica came on the ol’ Reddit and initially had pretty much everyone hanging on her every word. It was pretty convincing.
As the episodes started to air, it was clear she exaggerated things quite a bit. No sane person would wholly defend the Plaths, but V doesn’t present herself on and off the show as a very good person.
I suspect she and Ethan dislike one another because they are both cut from the same hateful cloth. It’s a difficult thing to make the Plaths look reasonable, but she has succeeded. She needs loads more therapy and maybe an effort at introspection.
Yeah, I saw her subreddit. That girl is a narcissist of the highest order and just as nasty. If you even politely disagreed with her about anything or pointed out inconsistencies in her accounts you got immediately kicked out of the sub.
She’s an odd duck but she’s the excuse for the beat down not the reason. Heaven forbid a member of this family take responsibility for their own actions. It’s a pattern, when anything goes wrong it’s an “outsiders” fault.
