Trigger Warning: This story contains mentions of domestic violence.
New footage taken on the night Unexpected star Falen Vaughn was arrested earlier this month has just been released and it is wild.
The footage— taken from the body worn cameras of the officers who were on the scene that night— not only shows Falen being arrested, but also the events leading up to the arrest, which occurred outside the home of Hunter Johnson‘s father, Casey and stepmother Brettney.
Some of the most jaw-dropping parts of the video show Falen’s husband, Kris, nearly hitting an officer with his truck. Another part shows Hunter’s stepmom accusing the 14-year-old of physically attacking her, pinning her on the bed and then punching holes in the wall.
As The Ashley previously told you, Falen was arrested on April 20 and charged with Disorderly Conduct, as well as Obstructing Government Operations for allegedly not obeying officers’ commands.
It seemingly all began when Hunter’s mom Stacy Riddle was having a dispute with Hunter’s stepmom Brettney over a phone given to Hunter by Falen. (The Ashley will be referring to this as the “Vaughn Phone” from here on out, by the way.) Hunter’s dad has made it clear he does not want Hunter to have his Vaughn Phone, due to the fact that it allows the Vaughns to track Hunter’s whereabouts. (In an emergency custody order filed the week after Falen’s arrest, a judge has since banned Hunter from having the Vaughn Phone.)
Anyway, back to the video from April 20…
The video— which was uploaded to Reddit on Thursday— begins with a ruckus caused by Falen and her husband Kris rolling up and jumping into the situation. (Hunter was obviously already present, as were Bella and baby Wes who were in the car with Stacie.)

The video shows Kris as he comes barreling out of his pickup truck like a bat of hell, explaining that he sees his daughter’s car. The officer sees how aggravated Kris is and tells him to “chill the f**k out right now.”
“I ain’t mad! I ain’t mad!” an angry sounding Kris insists.
Kris continues to scream and move himself toward the car, and Falen intervenes.
“This needs to wrap up, because this is getting ridiculous!” the officer says.
“It’s about to get worse!” Kris yells.
At that point, Kris jumps back in his truck and zooms forward, narrowly missing the officer standing in the street in front of him.
“You need to leave or you’re going to go to jail!” the cop tells Kris.
Falen then tries to jump into the situation, but the officer is holding her arm to keep her back while also telling her over and over to stop.
“You f**king started it!” she yells to someone (whom we can assume is Hunter’s stepmom). Falen keeps trying to lunge at someone (and/or possibly take a swing at the cop) so the officer takes her to the ground. He lays her on the street and puts cuffs on her. Even after she’s cuffed, Falen is cursing and trying to lunge at someone.
Next, Kris resurfaces and is screaming, “Let her up! She’s a f**king defenseless woman!”
Falen complains to the officer that he hurt her neck when he slammed her to the ground.
As Falen is being walked to the police car in cuffs, she yells to Hunter (who is sitting on the curb seemingly sobbing).
“It’s going to be OK. Calm down,” she tells him.
Falen then tells the officer that this has been “a f**king two-year, ongoing bulls**t. They called rape on my f**king daughter!” (Falen is likely referring to comments made over the fact that Falen’s daughter Bella was 14 while Hunter was only 12 when Bella got pregnant.)
Next, Kris yells over to the officer to ask if Falen is under arrest. When the officer confirms that Falen is getting arrest, Kris screams, “What?!” The officer instructs Kris to get back in his truck, drive down the road and wait for him to explain what’s happening next.
With Kris down the street and Falen cuffed and inside the police car, the officers discuss what happened. The cop tells another officer that Kris was in his truck and “ripping it up and down and reversing” and that he got “really close” to hitting another officer.

“[Falen] was trying to run up to him and I was trying to hold her back,” the officer explains. “And then she wasn’t letting me. She was ripping my arms so I just… took her to the ground and put her in cuffs… she was running away from me, trying to get over into the middle of them and they were about to fight. I didn’t know if [Kris] was trying to run… she takes off and she’s trying to rip out of my arms. And I thought [Kris] was trying to run over [Officer] Stevenson [with his truck].
The officer explains that he thought he was “about to fight” Kris, whom the officers say is “out of it.” The officer again states that he thought Kris was going to attack Officer Stevenson.
“I thought he was trying to fight Stevenson. I thought he was trying to run Stevenson over. So I just took [Falen] down and put her in cuffs,” he explains.
Regarding the situation escalating quickly, the officer explained that, “it was like four people and then six more people showed up out of nowhere.”
Next, the cops discuss what allegedly went on inside the house between Hunter and his stepmom Brettney before all the outdoor ruckus occurred.
The officer says that Hunter and his stepmom were “pushin’ on each other” when Brettney took Hunter’s Vaughn Phone; however, he stated that “there’s no evidence for a battery arrest or a domestic battery arrest… there’s no marks on anybody. It sounds like all they did was push each other. [Hunter] punched a hole in the wall but not at her.”
In another video, an officer walks over to where Hunter’s dad Casey and stepmom Brettney are. Brettney explains that Casey and Stacie currently have 50/50 custody of Hunter, but that they are in the process of trying to get full custody, “which is what all this is about.”

Brettney claims that they had arranged for Hunter to go home from his baseball game with the parents of one of his teammates, but that Stacie showed up and picked Hunter up anyway. They called the cops and an officer met them at Casey’s home, where Stacie eventually brought Hunter. Brettney says that she asked the officer to make Hunter give his mom his Vaughn Phone, but the officer wouldn’t do that.
“So when I got here, I went in his room and grabbed his phone,” Brettney said. “And he stood up and shoved his chair back and everything and he shoved me, pinned me down on the bed, and he started screaming, ‘911’ because I guess he was on the phone with them, waiting for all this to go down anyway… I started screaming, ‘Get off of me!’ and that’s when my sister-in-law was standing in the door and she was saying, ‘Stop, you’re going to get in trouble. You’re going to get in trouble.’
“[Hunter] had me pinned on the bed and was trying to grab the phone,” she continued. “I just took my foot and I shoved him off of me. I said, ‘Get off of me!”
Brettney said she eventually got the phone and left Hunter’s room, just as Hunter was punching holes in the wall. She claims she went outside and locked herself in the car with the phone. Soon after, Stacie showed up and started screaming at Brettney. Brettney claims Stacie followed her into the doorway of the house and tried to shove her way in as Brettney was screaming at her to leave. The cops arrived at that point and separated the women.
Brettney said that Kris threatened to “get tangled up” with Casey, something Casey later tells the cops he’s not happy about.
“Now I’ve got to watch my back and stuff,” he says.
Next, Stacie gives her version of events. She tells the cops that she’s “been making reports” against Casey because she’s “scared to death of him.”
She sobs as she explains that Hunter is “weirded out” by his stepmom, as well as his little sister who “keeps hiding her phone under the door” and watching him shower.

She says that, as of that time, there was no court order preventing Hunter from having his Vaughn Phone; however she says Hunter’s stepmom “is so weird about him having this phone.” It appears that Hunter was on the Vaughn Phone with Bella when Brettney came in to take the phone, and he asked Bella to call the cops on the stepmom.
“He’s scared to death because now the stepmom’s trying to press charges on him!” Stacie says.
It does not appear that charges were filed against Hunter. However, Falen was taken to jail and booked and released.
She has entered a plea of not guilty to her two charges, and is next due in court in August. Falen’s lawyer, Kevin Hickey, told TMZ last week that “Falen was at the scene to help her daughter and grandson and now she looks forward to proving she’s innocent of the charges.”
In the days after the arrest and ruckus, Casey filed for— and was awarded— emergency custody of Hunter. The court order suspended Hunter’s mom Stacie from having any custody of him for the time being, and banned the Vaughns from having any contact with Hunter unless it’s supervised by Casey. (In his filing, Casey stated that he is concerned about the “unusually personal and excessive level of contact” between Falen and Hunter.)
The judge also ordered that Hunter’s Vaughn Phone be returned to Falen and Kris, and that Hunter not have any phone that is not issued to him by Casey.
An emergency hearing has been scheduled for next month in the case.

I think hunter should get to stay with his baby. same with his gf, if you take the baby and dont get to see the mother, that baby is gonna have trauma

You know, I haven’t watched the show, and trying to keep up with who is who and what they are doing to who is confusing. I need a cheat sheet or something. It’s like a riot of rednecks (and I’m half redneck, so I know).
In relationship to Wes (the baby):
Teen parents: Bella and Hunter
Maternal grandparents Falen and Kris
Paternal grandparents: Stacie and Casey (Brettney is Casey’s wife)

I really hope bio dad and step mom have cameras in their house! Just around the common areas and entrances because I predict a lot of accusations in the future with this bunch!
If you watch the video Casey actually tells the cops “If you guys want, I have it all on video” and tells them about all of the cameras they have recently installed. The cop jokes with him that they don’t need it because they have it on camera too. That being said, in this situation I think camera footage from before the cops showed up would be vital in figuring more out.
That made me laugh. The cops did a good job, the vaughns were wilding out. Imo Kris got his wife arrested by raising the temp charging out if his truck while the officer was trying to gain control of the scene. Then Stacy fake crying n lying, whoooo that was like a field trip to the trailer park. Sounded like Stacy saying Falen n Kris were the babies parents?
All the buddy up comments, like since Casey and his wife had talked to the cops they had unfair buddies with the cop.
Which also tells you how they rely on manipulation not facts. They couldn’t grasp the facts looked bad. They rely on trying to buddy up.
Maybe things are different in Arkansas, but where I come from, to “tangle with” someone means “to fight”. To “get tangled up” with someone means… something else entirely.
I feel like this new claim that Hunter’s little sister (who must be younger than 10/11?) is trying to film him shower has a lot to do with the flack Falen is receiving for openly discussing and encouraging Hunter and Bella to shower together. Like some kind of “See! They’re the creepy ones!” defense. Meanwhile, what’s wrong with the door that she can slide a whole phone under it and manage to point it in the right direction as opposed to the ceiling?
Stacie’s insistence that Hunter keep a phone that Falen gave him with tracking on it is just disturbing. Stacie is very clearly trying to alienate Hunter from his dad and step-mom. She and the Vaughns are seriously disturbed.
I made that same comment on Facebook about how that claim was dumb because, unless the gap under the door could accommodate somebody’s forearm, the phone would just be recording the floor or the ceiling. They just make stuff up without even thinking it through!

Y’all this is just a damn mess all because the coven (Stacie, Felon aka P Diddy of TLC, and Bella) wanted to fight over a damn cellphone.
Btw some on Reddit are saying that the court date for baby Wes was moved to May 9th so this will be interesting.

And y’all I watched the full body cam video on the Reddit and what in the world. You got Bella who bought the baby, Kris ready to fight and threaten the officer, and P Diddy of TLC claiming the family are saying horrid stuff about Bella. Oh and Bella AND Hunter was crying/sobbing in the background.
Hunter’s dad and step mom seem to be well the only ones who not only complied but probably the only ones with some damn sense/sanity. They’re trying to explain the situation in a calming manner whereas let’s see, we have Kris who is ready to fight and threaten a freaking law enforcement officer, P Diddy of TLC is acting like a Jerry Springer regular over here, Stacie is doing her crocodile tears. God Lord what in the name. And y’all I highly doubt Hunter’s dad and step mom said that awful thing about Bella (I’m not going to repeat it y’all will have to watch the video but I highly doubt that they did).
Bella is sobbing and crying, Hunter is sobbing and crying, a freaking newly 1 year old baby was present in all this mess.
This is a mess y’all just a mess…….
Bellas parents win for trashiest trash either side of the Mississippi , i hope all the minors get copious amounts of therapy.
Hunter father side seems to be the only adults in this saga. I mean his SM seems to care more about Hunters well being than his actual mama.
