‘Alaskan Bush People’ Star Noah Brown Reveals He Was Served Divorce Papers By Estranged Wife Rhain’s New Boyfriend

“I understand that your love language is ‘acts of service,’ but this is a little awkward, Rhain.”

Alaskan Bush People star Noah Brown revealed on social media this week that his estranged wife Rhain Brown has officially filed to end their marriage– and that Rhain’s new boyfriend was the one who served him with the divorce papers.

As The Ashley previously told you, Noah and Rhain announced in January that they had split after six years of marriage and two kids. The former couple revealed their breakup news in a (truly bizarre) video posted to Noah’s TikTok, in which they told fans that Noah had moved out of the family home at Rhain’s request.

This week, Noah posted a “separation update” video to Facebook, telling fans that he hadn’t publicly shared the status of his separation “in a while, [because] of reasons.”

“ … but, it’s time for a separation update and this one is that my ex-wife … already has a boyfriend,” Noah said, before confirming that he and his ex’s new man had already met each other. “ … and two days later, he actually served me with divorce papers, so I am officially served and everything.”

While flipping through the documents he received, Noah asked his social media followers to reach out to him if they had a good lawyer they could recommend.

“ … a good lawyer that wants a lot of advertisement,” he joked.

“Don’t miss out on this amazing opportunity!”

According to the Petition for Divorce– which Noah showed in-part during his update video– Rhain filed for divorce in Okanogan County, Washington, where both she and Noah reside. The documents also state that Noah and Rhain began living in separate households in September of 2024.

Despite Noah having to find out through Rhain’s new boyfriend that Rhain had filed for divorce, Noah said he doesn’t plan to complicate the dissolution of their marriage.

“I see no reason to fight it and drag it through court as long as everything’s fair and equal and she doesn’t try to take my kids or my property in Alaska,” he said, with the former referring to sons Eli and Adam, whom Noah and Rhain welcomed in 2019 and 2021, respectively.

“I’m good to go,” Noah continued, before telling fans that he’ll keep them updated on his divorce “as it progresses” and once he’s filed his response. The former Discovery Channel star also asked that his supporters refrain from making negative comments about Rhain or her new boyfriend on social media.

“Let’s keep the negativity towards my ex and her boyfriend and everything, let’s keep that nil, like, none,” he said. “Very much appreciated.”

Earlier this week, Noah had posted a different “separation update” to Instagram in which he revealed that he’d received multiple messages about Rhain’s new boyfriend and “a lot of them are not nice and not being kind.” Noah assured fans that he has no problem with the man Rhain is dating.

“ … it is fine,” he said. “As long as he treats her and they both treat my kids well, I don’t see an issue. More power to them.”
