Kail Lowry recently revealed that a large portion of her income has been spent on lawyers and court fees, battling her baby daddies over custody.
The former Teen Mom star dropped the news during a recent TikTok Live that she has shelled out more than $1 million over the years fighting in court with her four baby daddies over custody issues regarding her seven kids.
While Kail has experienced ups and downs with each of her baby daddies– Jo Rivera, Javi Marroquin, Chris Lopez and Elijah Scott– Kail’s most-consistent social media sparring partner has been Chris, the father of her sons Lux and Creed. When she was asked during the Live why she hasn’t taken Chris to court over their issues, Kail insisted she has but to no avail, despite her spending a heap of money on legal support.
Kail explained to fans it’s not possible to take legal action to “keep Chris quiet” online.
“I have an attorney, I have spent over a million dollars in custody and they cannot keep [Chris] quiet on social media, unfortunately,” she claimed. “So, that doesn’t work.
“And if you guys want a series on how I spent a million dollars in custody, I would be glad to start a series on TikTok about it, just so that you guys can see from my perspective what it’s been like,” she continued.
While Kail said she’s learned “so, so, so much” from her many trips to court, she also admitted that she doubts the entire $1 million that she spent battling her baby daddies has been worth it, insisting that sometimes the court “just looks at things differently.”
Kail has battled the bulk majority of her baby daddies in 2025. As The Ashley told you last week, Kail called out Chris on TikTok Live for owing her more than $25,000 in child support. She also vented to podcast listeners this month about the custody situation for her eldest son Elliott, claiming that she and Elliott’s father, Jo, need to reconsider having split custody of the teen once he turns 16 and begins driving. (While she has been disagreeing with Jo over this issue, Kail has not revealed if she has taken Jo to court over it…yet.)
In June, Javi revealed during a Live rant on social media that he and Kail had fought in court the month before over who their son Lincoln would live with during the school year. (Javi moved from Delaware to Virginia earlier this year for his job in the Air Force.)
He stated that he had spent more than $10,000 in court battling Kail over the issues, but Kail ultimately prevailed. (Lincoln currently lives with Kail during the school year but goes to Javi’s during school breaks and certain weekends.)
“The judge is gonna be in the mom’s favor, is ultimately what it was, so I took the best deal I thought I could get,” Javi said regarding the custody court battle. (Kail did not reveal how much money she spent on that particular legal fight with Javi.)
Last month, Kail expressed regret over having four baby daddies and the fact that she “created four broken homes.”
“Obviously, I’ve always known that I have four baby dads, that’s something that we can’t ignore,” Kail told podcast listeners. “But I never looked at it in a way that’s like, ‘I created this [situation].’ Like, I did that. I didn’t learn the first time, the second time, the third or the fourth time.”
In August, Kail talked to Business Insider about her finances.
“Looking at my income, spending, and how much money I do or don’t have makes me feel ill,” she said. “I’m really, really afraid of those numbers.”

She acts like she has no part or responsibility in this. THINK before you procreate Kail. Not every man you think is cute (I question your judgment there) is father material. You should’ve learned from Javi and Joe that kids are impacted and you have a very hard to compromise with. But no you popped out more with a couple of unstable dudes thinking with your tingly nether regions. What scares me more is you are the mom of boys that are all minorities and am not sure you are the best person for that role. Joe and Javi will take care of their of sons. But the rest of the brood…fingers crossed.
Not something to be proud of and not the flex she thinks it is. Girl spends like a drunken sailor is going to be broke when nobody cares about her podcasts anymore.
