Teen Mom 2 may be off the air, but the fathers from the show keep reproducing!
This week, two dads from the show— Jeremy Calvert and Javi Marroquin— announced additions to their families, although the announcements were very different.
Jeremy— who is the father of Leah Messer‘s daughter Addie— revealed over the weekend that he secretly welcomed another daughter two-and-a-half years ago but had chosen not to publicly reveal the news of her existence until now.
“So finally two-year secret is out,” Jeremy captioned a photo of his little girl. “Welcome to the world fuss butt.”
(Jeremy hashtagged the post “#Pathetic” which seemed rather odd; however, it appears that his baby mama may have strong-armed him into announcing his daughter on social media, which is likely what he was calling “pathetic.”)
Jeremy posted several photos of his toddler daughter (but did not reveal her name.) One photo showed the little girl holding hands with 13-year-old Addie.
“The best part of me,” he captioned the picture. “I’m not perfect; work to[o] much, miss a lot but I try.”
In a post to Instagram on Sunday, Jeremy explained why he had not posted about his secret daughter until now.
“Welp the big secret is finally out,” he wrote. “Tried to protect her likeness and image for as long as possible but some people don’t like that. Here is my little fussy butt and the best thing out of 3 years.”
Jeremy did not reveal who his (second) baby mama is. However, the baby mama, Brooke, has since identified herself in the comments section of a post about Jeremy’s big reveal. (It appears that this is the girlfriend who allegedly accompanied Jeremy when he ambushed Leah at the restaurant she was working at in 2023. The incident was covered on an episode of Teen Mom: The Next Chapter.)
Brooke (who is actually a different Brooke than the one Jeremy was engaged to back in 2017…natch) wrote that she was tired of keeping their daughter a secret because Jeremy wanted to.
“I want to make a brief clarification,” she wrote. “My intention in sharing my child was never to create drama or invite public scrutiny. I simply wanted to be able to acknowledge and post my baby without feeling like I had to hide her or worry about upsetting anymore. She is my child as well, and I have every right to share her in a respectful and appropriate way. I ask that people be mindful and respectful moving forward.”
Brooke— who appears to no longer be dating Jeremy— wrote in another comment that she did, indeed, strong arm Jeremy into sharing that he had a daughter.
“Because if not, I was,” she wrote in response to someone who asked why Jerm “suddenly” decided to reveal he had fathered another child. “He didn’t want anyone knowing he has another child and was with me for 3 years.”
In other ‘Teen Mom 2’ dad news…
Javi— the father of Kail Lowry‘s son Lincoln— also announced a new child this week. Javi and his wife Lauren Comeau revealed that their son, Cooper Theodore, was born this week. Cooper is Javi’s fourth child overall, and third with Lauren. (Javi and Lauren already share son Eli and daughter Maizee.)
Javi and Lauren have said that this baby will be their last, and they waited until his birth to find out the gender.
“The best surprise of our lives & the sweetest grand finale,” the couple captioned a video of Lauren giving birth that was posted to Instagram.

In the video, Lauren pushes out the baby and begins to cry when she is told it’s a boy. She later posted photos of Cooper’s siblings meeting him for the first time.
Javi and Lauren revealed in August that baby Cooper was conceived on their honeymoon last year. In the caption of their pregnancy announcement photos, Javi wrote that the new baby is “the best honeymoon souvenir.”
As The Ashley previously reported, Javi, Lauren and their family moved to Virginia Beach, Virginia, last year after Javi was relocated by the Air Force. Because Kail lives in Delaware, Lincoln now resides with her full-time, but is spending summers and school breaks with Javi in Virginia.
Cooper is Lincoln’s ninth sibling. He currently has seven brothers and two sisters.

Sooooo, was this the “secret” Jeremy posted about in January or so that he was going to “announce”, and then proceeded to delete his ish instead? Seems about right.

i don’t blame jeremy since he’s been very a private person but istg if the mother is that insecure ex fiancé of his that was also with him that day he acted a fool on leah at her job 🤦🏻♀️
Another reason Jeremy is gross, another baby, no marriage. No one cares about family with these people in teen mom.
Javi is also gross for his past mistakes. I would never forgive a cheating partner. It is gross she had sex with him after that.
Marriage doesn’t necessarily equal family. Not defending Jeremy but it’s 2026 not 1826 🙄

Realistically it is usually mom’s who pick and dad’s who veto so I would guess it was Lauren’s choice. It is a kre8iv spelling of Maisie.
