Unexpected Season 7 star Isabella Leal-Stone is defending her decision to stay with her boyfriend (now fiancé) and baby daddy Bryce Palmer, despite recently recalling an incident in which Bryce allegedly slapped her.
As fans saw on this week’s episode of the TLC series, a then-38-weeks pregnant Isabella revealed to her mom that during an outing at the fair, Bryce allegedly “hit” her. Isabella explained to her mom that this occurred after she told one of Bryce’s friends to “go away.”
“ … Bryce slapped me and was like, ‘I told you about being friendly’ or something … he said something like that … ,” Isabella claimed.

Isabella went on to allege that Bryce was “repeatedly just hitting [her]” during the incident, before insisting that he had only been physically violent towards her that one time.
While speaking to fans on TikTok Live this week, Isabella was asked why she’s still with Bryce in light of the abuse claims, to which she told fans she’s with Bryce simply because she wants to be with him.
“ … because I wanna be, I wanna be with him, that’s why,” she said. “Cause I have a kid with him, I love him. Like, do I need to give you another reason?”
As fans of ‘Unexpected’ know, Isabella and Bryce are parents to daughter Haisley, who was born in May 2025. The couple went on to announce their engagement in February– news that was met by a lot of criticism from fans online who encouraged Isabella not to say “I do.”

Isabella was met with similar comments this week on TikTok Live, with one person advising Isabella to check Bryce’s social media activity, as they claimed the ‘Unexpected’ dad had recently added them on Snapchat. In response to the concerned fan’s comment, Isabella insisted that she wasn’t worried about Bryce’s alleged wandering eye, as she’s already locked her unemployed man down.
“ … I’m not worried about y’all,” she said. “I got a kid, I got the house, I got the ring, what else? I do not care.”

Isabella also shut down a comment on her Live from someone who claimed that Bryce doesn’t love Isabella. In an effort to backup her argument, the teen mom pointed out to the TikTok troll that Bryce stayed with her after she “went on national television and bashed him.”
“ … [and] you’re telling me he doesn’t love me? Okay,” Isabella said.
Isabella also assured doubtful fans that she won’t regret her decision to stay with her baby daddy.
“ … I promise I won’t,” she said, suggesting that if Bryce were to physically harm her again in the future, she has her brothers-in-law “to take care of [her].”
