Utah’s Attorney General has filed a petition on behalf of the state’s Division of Child and Family Services (DCFS) to find that the children of ‘Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’ star Taylor Frankie Paul meet the criteria to be declared “abused, neglected or dependent.”
