It’s a girl for 90 Day Fiance stars Avery Mills and Omar Albakour!
The couple– who starred on Season 3 of “90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days” – shared on Instagram on Thursday that their daughter arrived last month.
“Alhumdullilah our beautiful baby girl Roya Rose made her earthside appearance on April 23rd,” the post’s caption reads. “She’s the light of our world.”
They responded to a comment on the post to explain that her name means “beautiful dream or vision in Arabic.”
Last week, Avery posted on her TikTok to confirm that their baby had arrived, but said that she “had some things going on and baby has some things going on” so they waited to post. She captioned the video, “I can’t wait for you guys to meet the perfect princess. She’s the light of our world and the best thing that has ever happened to us. See you soon.”

She also posted a TikTok detailing her labor process at 38 weeks, claiming she only pushed for 20 minutes before Roya debuted.
“While her daddy was touching my stomach, Roya kicked him so hard she broke her own water, so [we went] to triage to see if my water actually broke,” Avery said. “Contractions are no joke. I was only at three centimeters dilated when I got to my actual room and I said, ‘Epidural, NOW.’ …Baby, the epidural put me on another planet!
“It was my dream labor until she actually came, then there [were] some problems, but I wouldn’t be posting this if she wasn’t okay,” she concluded, adding that she was watching “90 Day Fiance” while in labor.
Avery’s most-recent post shows her and Omar with their daughter, writing, “Always knew it would end up like this.”

As “90 Day” fans will remember, Avery and Omar’s journey began when Avery left the Christian faith and joined a Muslim dating app where she met Syria-native Omar. After a month of chatting online, Omar proposed and shipped an engagement ring to Avery’s house in Ohio, prompting her to travel to meet her fiancé in-person for the first time for their wedding.
The couple married in the neighboring country of Lebanon before Avery went back to the United States to start the immigration process. While she initially wanted to move to Syria, the pair decided to pursue Omar’s American visa, which got approved in March 2021 after the couple temporarily lived in Dubai. In 2024, Avery shared on their Instagram page that Omar was naturalized as a United States citizen, captioning the post, “So excited to announce [the] USA has a new citizen in town! Congrats Omar, America is lucky to have you.”
In November 2025, the couple announced on Instagram that Avery was pregnant.
“The three of us were invited to [Allah’s] house,” the couple— who had taken a pilgrimage to the Kaaba, the holiest site in Islam— wrote.
The pair also posted a short clip on their Instagram and TikTok, walking their viewers through their love story, ending with their pregnancy announcement.
“We met online [in] Fall of 2018. We had to spend our first fall as a married couple in two separate countries [in] 2019. We moved to Dubai together [in] Fall 2020. […] Fall 2024, I fell chronically ill. Worried this would be our last fall together. Fall 2025, we are growing our own little pumpkin. Our little pumpkin is joining us [in] 2026.”
