‘Unexpected’ grandma Falen Vaughn has filed a motion in court to have her charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing governmental operations dismissed, claiming she was not disobeying the orders of the officers on the scene that night. She also criticized the police officers for their own alleged misconduct that night.
