Kail Lowry fired back this week (with receipts!) after her third baby daddy Chris Lopez made claims about their co-parenting arrangement on social media, including that he’s paying the former ‘Teen Mom 2’ star more child support than required.
The latest sparring match between the exes– who share sons Lux, 9, and Creed, 6– ignited this week after Chris answered questions on Live about his and Kail’s historically hostile co-parenting relationship. While wading through the comments and inquiries, Chris told followers that he used to sleep on the floor next to Creed’s crib instead of sleeping next to Kail in bed. Chris claimed that he did this because he wanted to be around for his kids, despite not wanting to be with Kail.
After doing the “night shift” with Creed, Chris claimed that he would wake up and leave Kail’s house, before returning that night for another “night shift.” This ended, he went on to say, because Kail did not like the arrangement.

“[Kail] just told me not to come back one night when I was coming back to do my night shift,” Chris said. “[Kail] told me not to come back and that was the last straw, I never came back.”
As the Live went on, Chris– who did not mention Kail by name– was also asked about the child support arrangement between him and Kail, specifically if he’s paying the podcast host less than what he’s been ordered to pay by the court. In response, Chris insisted that he’s actually paying Kail more.

“I was just looking at my child support the other day, and I’m actually paying more than I’m required to pay for my child support,” Chris said. “I pay $394 a month in child support and I’m only required to pay $240, but [Kail doesn’t] tell y’all that part … .”
While Chris acknowledged that some believe that $240 a month is not enough to contribute for both Lux and Creed, Chris insisted again that he’s paying more than the amount required by court. He also pointedly added, “I’m on child support to a f**king millionaire.”
In response to her third– and arguably least-favorite– baby daddy’s claims, Kail fired back on social media, claiming that she gave Chris the boot back in the day for good reason.

“I told him to never come back because he left a couple hours after Creed was born and had no vehicle for months,” she wrote. “I was tired of him coming and going on his own terms when I had the kids all the time.”
The mom of seven then refuted Chris’s claims about child support.
“He hasn’t paid child support since June and he literally does not pay $288/month,” Kail wrote. “I have literal proof.”
Not long after Kail was challenged in the comments to produce said proof, @rei_clarke posted screenshots to Instagram that backed the mom of seven’s claims. (Rei– who recently appeared on Kail’s Fatherless Behavior podcast tour— did not state how she got ahold of these receipts.)
Among the receipts was a screenshot of a document stating that Chris’s monthly child support obligation is set at $240, with the bottom of the doc indicating that more than $25,000 has gone unpaid.
In the caption, Rei alleged that Chris has only paid Kail $10,630 in the last nine years.
As you know, Chris and Kail have been hashing out their co-parenting complaints publicly and in court for quite a while. Back in June, Kail called out Chris during an episode of Harry Jowsey’s Boyfriend Material podcast for failing to pay child support, yet continuing to pursue 50/50 custody of their sons.
While Kail didn’t mention Chris by name on the episode, she made similar statements in December on social media, even alleging that Chris owed her more than $25,000 in unpaid child support payments.

“We don’t like him,” Kail said of the unnamed baby daddy. “He’s not in Delaware, thank God. He wants 50/50 custody, but you can’t do 50/50 when you don’t live in the state. You can’t do 50/50 when you’re not up-to-date on child support [and] you’ve f**ked up so much.
“You just can’t have 50/50 when that’s how you’re parenting,” she continued. “If you’re a good dad, you’re a good dad and there’s no harm in me giving you 50/50. But, clearly I don’t agree and neither does the judge. The judge also doesn’t agree, so we’ve been in court for the majority of our kids’ lives.”
As you know, Kail has also claimed on numerous occasions that she’s dropped more than $1 million over the years fighting in court with (some of) her baby daddies, with most of those funds being used to face off with Chris.
“To be fair, 90 percent of the $1 million I spent [in court] was on one dad, he was just filing and filing– I think he filed over 100 things in, like, a two-year span,” Kail claimed in June, referring to Chris.

“I’m on child support to a f-ing millionaire” No Chris, you’re on child support to do YOUR part in raising two children you helped create.
Also let’s break it down- even going by the amount Chris made up that he pays- that break down to $13 a day… for two kids.
And for those who need to hear it- you don’t have to like Kail to recognize that Chris is a deadbeat.
Yes @Thomi . The arrangement with Jo and Javi was 50/50. Not sure what it is now though with Javi since he moved out of state.
She said it is now that Javi has him in the summers and long school breaks.
This just in: deadbeat Dad complaining he has to chip in for his own kids. Dude is paying ‘extra’ because he is in arrears.
I’m not a K Stan at all. She’s terrible in her own right- but this dude is out of his mind. Yeah dude- you should have to contribute to your kids. You made them. You may want to get another job so that you can afford to give them more than <$300 a month. I hope he wakes up one day and realizes these arguments are a waste of time and energy.
Is she 50/50 with any of the baby daddy?
