It’s another girl for Rilah Ferrer!

The 24-year-old ‘Unexpected’ Season 3 alum announced last week on Instagram that she welcomed a baby girl with her new boyfriend, Eddie. Although Rilah has kept info on her new baby under wraps, Rilah’s mom Rosa posted an Instagram story where she called herself “the now nana of two” on September 8, so fans have assumed Rilah gave birth early this month.

The birth of Rilah’s baby girl comes just over a month after Rilah pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of sexual cyber-harassment of her ex-boyfriend. (Starcasm was the first to break the news of Rilah’s criminal court case results.)

Rilah is also a mom to seven-year-old Malayah, whom she shares with ex Anthony Vanelli. (Anthony is currently serving a four-year prison sentence, BTW.) 

Rilah and Eddie announced the pregnancy back in January with an Instagram post sharing multiple positive pregnancy tests. (Rilah has since made her Instagram private.)

The birth of her new baby girl and her relationship with Eddie comes after Rilah’s disastrous breakup with a man named Thomas. According to court records first obtained by Starcasm, Rilah was charged with sexual cyber-harassment in April 2025 after allegedly posting inappropriate photos of Thomas after their breakup.

Rilah and Thomas dated for four years until December 2024. According to a police affidavit, Thomas “had taken explicit photos of himself and sent them to Rilah” during their relationship. Rilah had also taken explicit photos of Thomas, but stated that she and Thomas agreed to keep the pics private.

Thomas claimed that, after their December 2024 breakup, Rilah was harassing him and calling his work “upwards of 100 times a day.” On January 22, 2025, Thomas’s Facebook account was logged into by an iPhone 14– the phone model Rilah used– and Rilah posted his private photos “to his Facebook timeline [and changed] his profile picture to a picture of him and his penis.”

On top of the Facebook hacking, Thomas accused Rilah of “[creating] a group chat with his friends and family and [sending] a photo of his anus to them.”

Thomas screenshotted the Facebook posts and sent them to Rilah, who blamed “Nigerian hackers” for the posts and told him, “he should make his passwords more unique before messaging him the exact photos that she had just posted/sent.”

Thomas filed for a temporary injunction for protection against Rilah. In April 2025, Rilah was charged with misdemeanor sexual cyber-harassment.

On August 3, 2026, Rilah pled no contest to the charges and was placed on 12 months of probation starting on August 4. On top of probation, Rilah must complete a mental health evaluation within 180 days and complete any treatment within 300 days of the plea, complete an eight-hour harassment course within 180 days, complete 40 hours of community service by May 30, 2027, and stay away from Thomas’ home and work.

She has not commented publicly on her charge or sentence.

Rilah is the second ‘Unexpected’ mom to welcome a baby in 2026. In February, 21-year-old Myrka Cantu welcomed her fourth and final baby with husband Juan Castillo.
