Guess who’s sitting in a creepy Indiana jail cell right now?! Amber “AMBO” Portwood!
AMBO was hauled into jail at about 4 p.m. this afternoon. She will need to come up with $5,000 to make bail and get out of jail. (I’ll bet she’s wishing she didn’t spend all her money on eyeliner and spray tanner right about now!)
So what happened? According to TMZ, Amber’s new charge of ‘neglect of a dependent’ stems from the charges already put against her for beating the BeJesus out of her poor baby-daddy Gary. (For more information on AMBO’s raging temper, click here and here. Oh, and here.)
TMZ reported that the Madison County Prosecutor’s Office has “charged Portwood with two felony counts of domestic battery, one felony count of neglect of a dependent, and one misdemeanor count of domestic battery.”

Amber’s brother said, “We were supposed to be having Christmas with my mom today, but plans have changed somewhat. Gary is supposed to bring Amber to the courthouse today. If need be, he will be the one posting bail as well. Amber is very nervous. She is waiting for her lawyer to call her back. The paparazzi are swarming her house.”
