Josh Duggar Claims He Never Met the Woman Accusing Him of Assault

Did he or didn’t he?

Josh Duggar is finally speaking up about what really happened between him and stripper/adult film star Danica Dillon last year. The disgraced 19 Kids and Counting star, who, according to Entertainment Tonight, once admitted to having consensual sex with Danica, is now claiming in new legal papers filed this week that he did not have sex with her. In fact, Josh said in the newly filed motion that he has never even met her!

In legal documents obtained by Radar Online this week, Josh now states that he’s never met Danica, and that he has never been inside the strip club that Danica claims to have met him at, nor the hotel where the sexual encounters supposedly took place. In the documents, Josh claims to have an airtight alibi to back these statements up, including photographs and video documentation showing that he was somewhere else on the dates in question.

In November, Danica filed a $500,000 law suit alleging that Josh “assaulted her to the point of causing her physical and emotional injuries” during their trysts. She claims this happened on two separate occasions when she met ol’ Joshy at a strip club in Philadelphia in March 2015 and he paid her $600 for lap dances. (Because why wouldn’t a man who’s made his livelihood touting “family values” be at a strip joint?)

Danica says Josh invited her up to his hotel room and paid her $1,500 to have sex with him. It wasn’t your typical quickie, however. She said Josh “manhandled” her to the point where she felt “as if she were being raped.” She said she met up with Josh for sex a second time a few months later and he was rough with her again.

In December, Josh asked a judge to dismiss the lawsuit filed by Danica, but this week the judge denied that request.

“We decline to grant Duggar’s motion to dismiss at this early stage of litigation where [Danica] alleges Duggar treated her roughly, caused physical injuries, and she felt ‘as if she was being raped,’” Pennsylvania Judge J. Kearney stated.

Josh’s lawyers argued that Danica “did not provide anything more than a formulaic recitation of elements of assault and/or battery.”

"'Member me, Joshy?"
“‘Member me, Joshy?”

They also claimed her story didn’t add up.

“Her labels and conclusions are not adequate, particularly because she states that she consented to physical and sexual contact in exchange for payment,” Josh’s lawyer, Jeffrey A. Conrad, wrote in court documents.

Danica painted a different picture. In an interview with ET in September, Danica explained her version of the events.

“He threw me on the bed and, in all honesty, though it was consensual it more or less felt like I was being raped,” she said. “I never said no, I am going to have to reiterate that, I never told him no, but I did push him back and push him off and say that’s too rough that’s too rough.”

Josh’s attorneys have until January 20 to respond again. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for January 21 in Philadelphia.

In the past, Josh has admitted to being unfaithful to his wife, Anna, and to having an addiction to watching p*rn. He’s also admitted to molesting five young girls (four of whom were his sisters) back when he was a teenager. He’s been in a faith-based rehab facility since he was caught cheating in August.

  1. He should have thought of “Denial” before he made the grand gesture to confess his sins. At least only half of the people would think he’s a lying pervert. Now everyone does. Just goes to show that honesty is not the best policy. Just ask Josh. Maybe God will make it all better if he prays hard enough. Ever hear the phrase “I did not have sexual relations with that woman” ??? Many believed him, many didn’t, but he’s still popular. Josh needs to stop asking forgiveness and move on with his life. Anna, you need to accept it or leave, the sooner you both make a decision and move on the sooner people will forget it and let you live your lives.

    1. Also helped by the fact that Clinton hadn’t made a career out of being a smug, holier-than-thou, evangelical fundamentalist.
That and being a pasty tater-tot with a prematurely receding hairline were kind of all Josh had going on.

  2. This is so confusing. He’s claiming he has “an airtight alibi” and never met her….but then his lawyer stated in the court response:
“Her labels and conclusions are not adequate, particularly because she states that she consented to physical and sexual contact in exchange for payment.”

If he never even met her (never mind had sexual relations with her), then why is Josh’s lawyer even diving into the case being mislabeled, and essentially implying by that statement alone the sex was consensual in exchange for money? The one thing I will say is that she did interviews with some of the big tabloids. They do A LOT of fact checking, that way they’re a) not paying a boatload of money to someone making up lies for quick cash, and b) Keeps them out of legal trouble. For a story as big and reputation destroying as this one was, they definitely had some type of evidence that something occurred. It’s also interesting that Josh has not filed any legal action for defamation against the tabloids that published the stories…that’s a red flag to me as well.

  3. So lets see, he admitted to having sex with her before and now he’s saying he didn’t? Sureee….

  4. It’s not like I don’t think Josh Duggar is the pervert that everybody knows he is but I have to call out this Danica Dillon on something. Why the hell would she have sex with him a second time if the first time he “manhandled” her to the point where she felt as if she was being raped???? Sounds a bit suspicious to me.

    1. Yea, she’s grubbing for money clearly…I don’t think she really has a leg to stand on legally. She consented and regardless of if it was rough she didn’t get up and leave but came back for another go round. Shes a nut job too.
