Leah owes how much?? These girls have preteen and teenage kids, which means they’ve been making 6 figures for over a decade, and some of them STILL haven’t hired financial adivsors?? At first I felt bad for them because majority of them seemed to come from enviornments that didn’t really provide financial education, but its been like 12-13 years. PAY YOUR TAXES.
gary & kristina really need to start showing amber some tough love. it’s not fair that they have to walk on eggshells so they don’t set amber off and she can’t keep going on public rants about them and think theyll forgive her everytime.
I think its purely a money thing.
Gary does it to keep the paycheck coming in. Kristina has the wherewithal to go to school for a career bc she knows she needs Plan A. She doesn’t want to rely on Amber’s TV show forever bc she has some self worth.
Yeah Gary has investments, but he’s a glutton. That includes this free money he gets for being Amber’s lapdog. He has zero self worth and will sell himself and his daughter and wife for a dollar.
They only look at the most recent tax year, that might have been why she was still able to sponsor.
Perhaps Leah’s tax lien should have been taken into consideration before she was given approval to be Royer’s financial sponsor. Royer will probably screw over her and her sister and she’ll be stuck with another lien. But nobody has ever accused Leah of making good choices.
Sadly no debt is taken into consideration. If he got a fiancé visa and they haven’t married yet then the form she signed is an unenforceable I-134 (long story but basically it is only enforceable until they marry/the 90 days are up). Once he is in the USA and they marry within the 90 days they then file for adjustment of status which would require the inclusion of the I-864 (both Leah and her sister would have to file one as the us spouse always files one even if they don’t earn enough) which is enforceable once the applicant has received their green card. Both these forms listed are affidavits of support but the first one is for the fiancé visa and the second is for the adjustment of status that gets the green card. If they got married and applied for a spousal visa they would only do the second of these but leahs sister has been referring to a fiancé so I assumed fiancé visa. (I went through this process so know way too much about this crap)
