Madison Channing Walls is heading to jail.
The Sun broke the news on Wednesday that the former star of The Real World: Skeletons has been sentenced to jailtime after she pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, a charge that stemmed from her arrest in January.
Madison entered a guilty/no contest plea during a court hearing held on April 22 in Texas. One day later, Madison— who is the baby mama of The Challenge star Tony Raines— was sentenced to 14 days in local jail as part of a plea deal. Since Madison already spent a week in the clink after she was arrested in January, she was given seven days credit and will only have to serve seven additional days behind bars at the Williamson County Jail.
As The Ashley previously reported, Madison was riding with her man Kevin Pike in a car when the pair was stopped by cops on January 10. In the police report, the officer stated that “multiple paraphernalia items used for narcotics usage, such as torch lighters,” were visible inside the car. Cops discovered that Kevin had fentanyl on his person, along with a glass pipe for smoking it. Madison was also searched, and she admitted to having fentanyl in her backpack.
The officer also found methamphetamine in the car, which Madison and her male companion admitted was theirs.
“They both admitted to smoking the fentanyl I found on [the man] earlier in the day,” the officer wrote. “[Madison] admitted to smoking the meth with [the man] last night.”
Madison was thrown in jail January 10 and released on January 16 after her $10,000 bond was posted. In her mugshot, the former child actress and reality star was nearly unrecognizable.
According to court documents obtained by The Ashley, Madison pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance in Texas’ Penalty Group 1/1-B. Substances like methamphetamine and heroin are part of Penalty Group 1, while Penalty Group 1-B is just for fentanyl and its derivatives. Because Madison had less than one gram of fentanyl on her, the charge was a Misdemeanor A charge, instead of the felony charge she would have been given had she had more than a gram on her.
As part of her plea deal, Madison’s driver’s license has been suspended for 180 days, and she is required to pay a court cost fine of $270. It does not appear that she has checked into the jail to begin her sentence, as of press time.

Her man Kevin Pike is facing a third-degree felony charge for possession of fentanyl and meth. He is also facing a separate criminal charge of Super Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child, which he was arrested for just four days after being released on bond for the possession of controlled substance charge.
Luckily, Madison does not currently have custody of Harper, the daughter she shares with Tony. The nine-year-old lives with Madison’s mom, but has visitation with Tony. Shortly after Harper’s birth in 2016, Tony welcomed a second daughter, Isla, with his now-wife Alyssa Giacone.

Madison– — who once (randomly) briefly dated Teen Mom 2 star Javi Marroquin— appeared with Tony on ‘The Real World: Skeletons’ in 2014 and was open on the show about her struggle with her past addiction to heroin. It is unknown when Madison relapsed on drugs, and Tony has not spoken publicly about his baby mama’s arrest or addiction.

Why doesn’t Tony have custody of Harper if he’s parenting his other daughter full time?
If I’m not mistaken Madison signed temporary custody over to her parents. Madison’s parents filed for legal custody of Harper. Tony fought them for years in court trying to get custody. Eventually they had a “mutual agreement” where Madison’s parents retained custody but Tony was given specific visitation but he said he legally could no longer discuss it. To me it just sounds like he has visitation as any other noncustodial parent would.
I’d say her parents have more money to fight him on it.
There are rumors that Madison had another child in the last year or so with Kevin. I am very interested to know whether or not this is true, and if so, where their child is now. I’m sure if anyone can find out, it is TheAshley.
I hope not. She can’t take care of the one she has and has been an active drug user for years. What scares me is that Kevin has the super aggravated sexual assault of a child. That’s terrifying. If Madison doesn’t have the common sense to protect Harper from a known predator she needs to not even have visitation with Harper. Who in their right mind would cuddle up (and possibly have a child) with a pedophile.
