The remainder of Jax Taylor’s In the Mind of Jax Taylor podcast tour has been scrapped amid The Valley star receiving a barrage of backlash for his most-recent behavior.
The Bravo star, who kicked off his multi-venue tour last month in Boston, was set to continue performing in front live audiences this summer; however, The Sun has confirmed that the remainder of the tour dates have now been canceled.
“His team canceled the majority of the venues as they didn’t feel the timing for this was appropriate,” a source told the outlet. “A couple of the venues canceled on their own after getting heat from the public scrutiny.”

The source went on to explain that after certain venues opted out of hosting the events, Jax’s team went ahead and decided to cancel all of the remaining tour dates and it has yet to be announced whether the events will be rescheduled.
This is just the latest bump snag to hit Jax’s nationwide podcast tour, which was set to kick off April 18 in Nashville, but was canceled last minute by the club. Shows that were scheduled to be held weeks later in Orlando, Tampa and Austin were also scrapped, with an employee from one of the venues telling The Sun that the Bravo star’s behavior “does not align” with what their company stands for and that they would be looking into bringing on an alternative host for the event.

Jax was also set to host what (we presume) was a makeup event this week in Nashville, though the venue was reportedly notified at the last minute that the show would not be happening with “no explanation” as to why.
The abrupt cancellation of Jax’s podcast tour comes as fans have been watching the 45-year-old former bartender spiral on Season 2 of the ‘The Valley.’ The new season kicked off with Jax’s (soon-to-be) ex-wife Brittany Cartwright revealing that Jax had gotten angry amid one of their arguments and thrown a piece of furniture, which allegedly hit her in the knee and left a bruise.
Brittany also recounted on the show the terrifying moment when Jax allegedly punched holes in the wall and screamed at her while their four-year-old son Cruz was in the next room.
While viewers have also watched Jax seek treatment at an inpatient rehab facility this season after revealing his decades-long cocaine addition, the physical distance from Brittany hasn’t stopped him from exhibiting frightening behavior.
Tuesday’s episode of ‘The Valley’ ended with the former Vanderpump Rules star outing himself for secretly planting a recording device in his marital home in order to listen to conversations Brittany was having while he was in treatment. This detail was revealed after Jax texted one of the show’s producers (from rehab) and told her to let Brittany know that he could hear what she was saying. Moments earlier in the episode, Brittany and her mom were seen covering up cameras around the house to prevent Jax from being able to spy on her.

Following the episode, many of the show’s viewers took to social media calling Jax’s behavior on the show “scary abusive” and more.
“Why does Bravo and [producer] Alex Baskin continue to enable and protect Jax Taylor despite the scary abusive behavior he has shown onscreen,” one person commented on Bravo’s official Instagram page.
“The very serious ongoing domestic violence and abuse being perpetrated by Jax towards Brittany, which is being depicted on ‘The Valley,’ is not entertainment,” another wrote. “It is extremely disturbing and triggering. Jax has very obviously still not changed and is still abusing Brittany … It is highly irresponsible of Bravo to continue to give this man a platform.”
“Please get Jax Taylor off of my screen,” another comment read. “I cannot handle it anymore.”

In addition to Jaxing axing his podcast tour this week, Jax has announced that he’s stepping away from social media– at least for now, anyway– in order to focus on his mental health.
“I’ve made the decision to stay off social media for the next while to prioritize my mental health and recovery,” he posted to his Instagram Story on Thursday. “My team will be running it for the time being.”
New episodes of ‘The Valley’ air Tuesdays on Bravo.

He’s moving into the “old man with a comb over and powder blue, polyester suit trying to mix at the club” era of his life. I swear, if Bravo gives him, Schwartz and Slimeoval a spin-off I will boycott all Bravo shows – which are barely watchable at this point anyway! Blech.
Get him off the air on any shows. He is a mess and will make the ratings go down after all his little blow ups. And to put a recording device in her home??? That man is unstable and she needs to get very far away from him before he hurts her.
This dude has no conscience but he’s not stupid (unlike Brittany). Everything he’s doing is just for PR, same with going to the rehab. He knows he needs to show some redeeming qualities or he’ll have to get a real job. He’s despicable.
Brittany should minimize their son’s exposure to him. He probably doesn’t care about Cruz anyway.
The Vandapump Rules cast are underachiever losers. I don’t understand why any one would look up to any of them.
Jax/Jason makes everything unwatchable. Isn’t he in his 40s??? Get stable dude.
He’s not even attractive either.
Ariana Madix made millions out of pity.
It’s one thing to follow an actor or musician…But to idolize bartenders? Well, that’s truly sad.
Lol at the crossed out bump replaced with snag. I’m not surprised no one wants to pay to see him. He has made the Valley nigh unwatchable.
@byeFelicia– i’m glad someone caught that! -The Ashley
I’m only interested in that talentless and charisma void, Ariana Madix, make sandwiches and being mediocre.

Boozehound, can’t put the booze down.
Um, why would anyone care about a bunch of bartenders and waiters/waitresses?
Wrong show buddy
Well what else do they do?
