A little over a year after giving birth to her third child, Kayla Sessler is once again “young and pregnant.”
The Teen Mom: Young & Pregnant star announced that she is currently expecting her fourth child— and second by Ryan Leigh, whom she has apparently rekindled her relationship with after a breakup and cheating scandal last year.
“Our final addition,” Kayla captioned a photo posted to Instagram on Wednesday featuring her (and her baby bump), as well as Ryan and their combined four kids frolicking in front of the Chicago skyline and on the beach. Kayla and Ryan share 18-month-old son Zyaire, and Kayla is also the mother of seven-year-old Izaiah (whose dad is her ex Stephan Alexander) and six-year-old Ariah (whom she shares with ex-fiancé Luke Davis. (Ryan is the father of nine-year-old Zander from another relationship.)

Kayla and Ryan appeared together last year on Teen Mom Family Reunion, and fans watched as Kayla learned that Ryan had cheated on her.
Later, the couple took their drama to The Interwebs, where numerous women came forward claiming that they, too, had been with Ryan while he was with Kayla. She seemingly split from Ryan, but is obviously back to dating him.
Kayla, who is now 26 years old, got some negative comments for both for getting back with Ryan and for having more babies despite not having a stable relationship. In regard to her comment about Baby No. 4 being her “final addition,” a fan brought up that Kayla has said that she’s done having kids before.
“You said that last time but congratulations,” the fan wrote.
“I told my doctor to take my tubes out 😂😂 but thank you,” Kayla replied.
“Final baby daddy?” another person wrote.
“Alone in all your family photos then having another baby by him is insane!” someone else commented.

Kayla has yet to reveal when she’s due or if she’s having a boy or a girl.
Kayla is not the only ‘Young & Pregnant’ star who is currently expecting, though. Her second baby daddy, Luke, posted to social media in May that he is expecting a baby in November with his girlfriend.
In addition, Kayla’s co-star Kiaya Elliott announced last month that she and her baby daddy X’Zayveon Gambrell are expecting their second child together. Kiaya is due to give birth in January.

Getting pregnant again by someone who cheated on you with dozens of women, allegedly giving them STIs is a a new level of desperation. Another oopsie baby isn’t gonna magically make him stop wanting to cheat. The fact you even let yourself lay under him again after all that is really showing you have zero self-worth.
I kind of liked Kayla back when she was with Luke. But now she’s just giving Karl vibes.
I also think her mum has some explaining to do. That woman raised her the same way Kayla is raising her kids. Man after man after man.
