While disgraced former 19 Kids & Counting star Josh Duggar sits behind bars serving a 151-month prison sentence for receiving Child Sex Abuse Materials (CSAM), his wife, Anna Duggar, appears to be thriving in his absence.
As you may know, Anna shares seven children with her incarcerated husband– daughters Mackynzie, Meredith, Maryella and Madyson, and sons Michael, Marcus and Mason. Following Josh’s conviction and subsequent imprisonment, Anna has remained devoted to her husband, making frequent visits to her slammer-dwelling spouse, despite living in Arkansas– a nearly six-hour drive from the Federal Correctional Institute (FCI) Seagoville in Texas where Josh is serving his sentence.
While Anna continues to stand by her man, the mom of seven also appears to be flourishing in the free world and was recently photographed at a tea and juice bar in East Palatka, Florida.
In the photo, which was posted to the juice bar’s Instagram page, a now-blond Anna was seen smiling and posing with friends– none of whom were tagged in the post.
Anna’s last notable public appearance happened nearly a year ago when she was photographed by paparazzi while attending an event in Arkansas. The December 2024 paparazzi pics, which were obtained by The Sun, marked Anna’s first public appearance since Josh’s May 2022 sentencing. In those photos, Anna wore jeans and a baggy sweater, while sporting shorter, natural-colored hair– a significant change from the blond highlights and form-fitting dress she wore to Josh’s sentencing.
As The Ashley previously told you, it was reported in December that Anna had turned to breeding golden retrievers in order to provide for her large family in her husband’s absence. According to the social media pages and website for Golden Grove Pups, Anna’s business has continued to grow throughout the last year, garnering more than 3,000 followers on Instagram alone.
Anna recently took to X to share a positive story about one of her children as well, suggesting that her seven kids are living a relatively normal life.
“Made a core memory tonight at the Razorbacks game – Marcus hit a full-court golf putt!!” Anna posted earlier this month. “Couldn’t be prouder.”
As of last year, Anna– like many in the Duggar family– was still homeschooling her seven children; however, The Sun reported that her three sons were taking part in local sports within the community. A source went on to tell the outlet that Anna was seen bringing her sons to basketball games weekly and watching them play from the stands.
“She socializes with people and appears to have made friends with basketball parents,” the source added.
It was also reported last year that Anna and her seven children were still living in a warehouse located on Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar’s Arkansas property while awaiting Josh’s 2032 release from prison; however, the Duggar Family News: Life is Not All Pickles and Hairspray Facebook page claimed in April that Anna and her children had relocated to a large home that was reportedly purchased by her in-laws.

Where is that brother of hers (Daniel) who immediately after the scandals came out, offered her place to live and for the kids to shack up? He prob just gave up…she wasn’t only brainwashed by JB, her crazy dad also made her stay with him.
You have to take everything that Pickles person says with a grain of salt. I live in Northwest Arkansas and got myself banned from her Facebook page for correcting misinformation too many times, despite the fact that I loathe that horrendous family. I just think reporting on them should be accurate, even for the little things. It’s important to me since they are active in my local politics and influence the laws/politicians that directly rule my daily life.

I wish Anna would divorce Josh and cut ties with him for good. We all know he’s a gross and disgusting pedophile. He needs to stay in prison until his kids are all adults.

I pray that Anna is finally seeing the light and is just remaining married to him because she can’t afford to support seven kids on her own right now and unfortunately relies on the Duggars for a place to live. She seems to be trying to provide for her and the kids (and I won’t down her for breeding dogs if she’s doing it humanely, because golden retrievers are often a working breed, not some abomination designer dog) and it’s got to be hard with no education or work history. I HATE that she defended Josh, but, for her kids’ sake, I’m holding out hope that she’s coming to her senses and will divorce him before he’s released, since she should be well established by then and have less underage kids to care for. The fact that her boys are playing sports and she’s socializing with normal people bodes well.
You can’t humanely breed dogs when there are millions dying in shelters.
Certain working breeds have to be bred because they’re specialized to do a job. Some random pit mix from the shelter isn’t going to be able to follow a two day old trail to find a missing child, or herd sheep or retrieve birds without their prey drive kicking in. Different dog breeds can have vastly different traits and natural instincts, they’re not just interchangeable and letting good, useful breeds go extinct because some trashy “breeders” and irresponsible owners have filled shelters with pits and mutts is crazy.
I’m not sure how her kids could be living a normal life. She drags them with her 6 hours away to visit their disgusting pedophile father. Quite honestly I’m terrified that Josh sexually abused his own kids. The child porn that didn’t just magically pop up on his computer like he claims had children ranging in the ages of his own children.
My apologies to the Ashley’s if Im not allowed to give details but Josh and Anna make my blood boil. I won’t go into all of the gory details of the disgusting things found on Josh’s computer except for this one. He had a video which depicts the rape and torture of three young girls including an 18-month-old toddler. Let that sink in.
Knowing that how does Anna not only stand by her man but put her children in jeopardy? God knows her submissive ass wouldn’t protect them from their father. I have zero respect for her. She isn’t a mother she is a sheep commanded by her pedophilic husband.

Backyard breeders are an animal control nightmare. They fall in between puppy mills and the hoarders with fake rescues who adopt reactive dogs from kill shelters and try to adopt the dogs out on the internet.
Golden retriever life spans have gone down from 12-14 years to 8-10 because of over breeding. Do anything else!
