Brianna “Chickenfry” LaPaglia says the wife of her Special Forces co-star, Kody Brown, has a bone to pick with her.
During an episode this week of her BFFs podcast, Brianna revealed that Kody’s (only remaining) wife, Robyn, is apparently ready to kill her over things that she said and did to Kody during the season. Robyn’s alleged murder wish for Bri was revealed to her while the final five were doing press for the show earlier this week.
“If you’ve been watching you know that we’ve kind of had a couple of tiffs here and there,” Brianna said on the podcast. “I went out to dinner last night with [our co-stars] Shawn Johnson-East and Andrew East and Gia Guidice from the show. They had seen Kody previously, before dinner, right before, and they were like ‘Where’s your wife? Where’s Robyn?’
“And Kody said that his wife Robyn couldn’t come [with him to the press tour] because if she did come, she was gonna murder me!” Brianna stated, adding that she was shocked when her co-stars told her what Kody had said about her. “Are you crazy?! I have a Mormon sister wife that wants to skin me alive?!”
Brianna clarified that, while she has said and done some things to Kody that affected his gameplay on ‘Special Forces,’ she was never mean to him.
“What did I do?! If you guys are watching ‘Special Forces,’ I think I was the nicest one to him on the show,” she said. “I was doing gentle parenting [with him]. I was very nice to him today [during press interviews]. We were very calm, cool and collected. We took pictures together and we did podcasts together, we did press together.
“But his wife wants to put a gun to my head.”
Brianna said she realizes that a clip of this podcast would probably make its way back to The Robfather Robyn.
“I’m going to have a hit out on my life!”
Bri admitted that she doesn’t even know what Robyn looks like, just that she’s “tiny.”
“I’ve never seen her, never met her, never said anything about her,” Bri stated.
Brianna then said that she doesn’t know what to make of Kody after spending so much time with him.
“I can never wrap my head around it,” she said of the frizzy-haired former polygamist. “I can never figure out if he’s either misunderstood, or if he’s bad, or what. I’m leaving it as I feel bad for— I feel bad— and I just don’t want to touch it anymore.
“I think he’s got a bunch of screws loose and I just don’t want to make fun of him,” she added.
Briana went on to joke (?) that she was worried about bringing up the fact that Robyn allegedly wants to murder her.
“I didn’t know if she was hiding in the corner, ready to get me,” she joked. “I think I can take her! I think I can take anyone after being on [‘Special Forces’]. I mean, I beat a bunch of NFL players! I got tackled by an NFL player, so I think I can take Robyn.”
Despite bringing up the situation on the podcast, Bri insisted she is not looking for a brawl with Kody’s shy wife.
“This is not a formal invitation to a fight though, Robyn,” she said. “I do not want to fight you.”
“I wish you nothing but love and blessings and peace, and eternal with your husband, Kody,” she added.
In a new interview with Decider, Kody revealed that Robyn felt “embarrassed” while watching him on ‘Special Forces.’
“She’s very protective,” he said. “She knows me and loves me and basically just didn’t like the reactions that other people or the treatment that people had.”
He then confirmed that he did, indeed, refrain from taking Robyn with him on the press tour so she didn’t get into it with anyone from the cast.
“I had to leave her home because I didn’t want her to get on anybody’s case about it,” Kody said.

After reading Tatiania Schlossbergs essay in the New Yorker, I needed this. The part about how she always tried to be a good daughter, sister, girl, to bring less pain onto her mother was brutal. Also, that family is cursed and f cancer.
So this was very much appreciated.

I’d bet good money Kody played up his “special connection” with this young woman to Robyn. Implying it was more than what it was.
Stoking his ego, and her possessiveness all at once.
Giving her more incentives to be his “best customer”.
Her care of him… niceties toward him because she thought he was handicapped, and she was on his team.
Whereas he told himself and Robyn it’s because he’s irresistible, and desired, and wanted. His virility is just so strong even young women can’t resist him.

Well said! Kody the Klown lives for starting trouble and Robyn is his patsy. It was so obvious that no one liked him and they only put up with him. What a jerk! As for Robyn? What a dope.
Absolutely! Just like on one of the episodes he was telling Robyn that women were in his DM’s wanting to meet so they could join the family. I doubt seriously anyone is in his DM’s. He saw Robyn react and smiled and got a glint in his eye like he had accomplished what he wanted to. He wanted to make her jealous and try and make it seem to Robyn that he was so irresistible women couldn’t help but to throw themselves at him begging to be a part of his cult.

Can’t stand Kody or Robyn but Brianna is being very dramatic. Kody SAID that Robyn said that and he probably said it with a goofy grin on his face. Did she say it? Who knows? I am guessing she is being dramatic and feigning fear for her podcast. I liked Brianna on the show and like she said Robyn wouldn’t stand a chance in a physical showdown but she doesn’t believe that would actually come to pass (let alone Robyn killing her in a homicidal rage) any more than I do.
Of course she doesn’t believe it. Robyn didn’t even have the guts to face Janelle and Meri when the property sold. Robyn in a physical showdown? Nah. She would turn on her phony tears.
I’d pay to see it though, lol
