The third part of Kail Lowry‘s Patreon interview with her latest live-in lover, Ike Knighton, dropped on Sunday and focused on the former Teen Mom 2 star’s plans for the future with her new boo.
As The Ashley previously told you, Kail moved Ike into her home shortly after her former fiancĆ©, Elijah Scott, moved out— an action she admitted in previous parts of the Patreon interview was “selfish.” Kail— who has seven kids by Elijah and three other men— had her tubes tied in 2024, but seems to be considering having more children with Ike, if the circumstances are right.
“I could go either way. I would have more,” Kail said. “Itās not a dealbreaker for me in any way, shape or form. But I think when you fall in love with someone in a real way, naturally you want to procreate with them.”
“So, itās one of those things where I would be lying if I said I didnāt think about having a child with him,” Kail said, acknowledging that she would have to go through in vitro fertilization (IVF) in order to have a baby after getting her tubes tied.
“If it didnāt happen I would be fine,” she added.
Ike— who has one daughter from a previous relationship— stated that he’s open to having more kids, provided he’s married to the baby mama first.
“I would like to have a wife. From there, the discussion of children,” he said during Part 3 of the interview. “But I donāt want to be one of these people out here who has two, three, five, 10 baby mommas. I want to do this the right way. I am open to it. I just want to do it the right way. I donāt want to be 50 years old and have five baby moms and 12 kids.”
“I want to have a wife,” he added. “I donāt want to just have a baby mom.”
Later in the podcast episode, Ike again expressed his desire to get married.
“I want to be able to grow old with somebody,” he said. “I donāt want to date somebody for six years, seven years just to kill time. I want to build. Ultimately, marriage is a goal that I have.”
Ike stated that Kail having so many kids and baby daddies doesn’t bother him, and Kail explained how she ended up with such a large crew of kids and baby daddii.
“I just wanted a family so bad that I was willing to do whatever it took and then it didnāt work out for me,” she said. “I didnāt learn the first, second or third time, and then the fourth time [with Elijah] was just whiplash, to be honest.”
(As The Ashley previously reported, Kail broke up with Elijah after it was exposed that Elijah had cheated on her shortly after their twins, Valley and Verse, were born. The cheating took place on a cruise, and the girl Elijah cheated with exposed him on TikTok, much to Kail’s surprise.)
Anyway, Kail’s feeling on having more kids have certainly changed since getting together with Ike. Back in 2024 (while she was still with Elijah), she stated that she would not have any more biological kids.
“I definitely think that the journey of me carrying children is over, and Iām confident in that,ā Kail said at the time. āIām solid in that decision. Iāve loved my time [pregnant] and I appreciate the opportunity, but weāre moving on now. That chapter has closed… Like, I think 7 is a lot.”
She was also very against doing IVF, even if her then-fiancƩ Elijah wanted more kids.
āLike, I personally am not willing to put my body through it. I donāt wanna deal with the hormones,ā she said in 2024. āI get it, thatās some peopleās only option. But for me, personally, I would rather explore the idea of, like, adoption, foster, surrogacy.ā
During the interview, Kail praised Ike for helping so much with her seven kids, and stated that his baby mama should allow him to be more involved in his daughter’s life.
“He was robbed. I donāt care what [his baby mama’s] camp has to say,” she said. “I know what I saw. I know what Iāve read. I know what
conversations Iāve listened to and he was robbed as a father.”

This man is a walking red flag.
The minute a new girlfriend started talking about his baby mama keeping him from his kids, I know heās a loser and a manipulator and sheās desperate. I was wondering why he was so quick to move to another state when he has a kid. In 2026 courts donāt give mothers full custody for no reason anymore. If heās not seeing his kid, thatās his choice. Kailyn talking about having kids with him is pathetic and sad. What kind of man moves in with a woman and her 7 kids shortly after they start dating? A loser. Kailyn needs serious therapy to deal with her abandonment issues.

Funny how much grace she gives this guy over being an involved deadbeat but won’t extend any to Chris.

So now I’m confused. Did she just contradict her claims from part 1 implying he happily left everything behind for her but in part 3 she says his baby mama is wrong for not letting him parent his daughter and that he “was robbed as a father”.
So which is it, is he a proud deadbeat who left his life to move in with you as you said in part 1 or just a sad dad who’s unfairly not allowed to be a dad? Girl you can’t have both but you argued for it in the same “interview”.

Also Kail has a lot of nerve to tell another woman what to do regarding her baby daddy. She’s becoming trashier by the minute.
How does she not see that heās insulting her to her face?? He obviously has negative feelings about people who have children with multiple people and Kailyn canāt see it?!? My flabbers are gasted.
Hasn’t she said several times that she doesn’t want to date a guy with a kid?

Ikeās baby mama is probably even more determined to keep distance between him and his daughter, thanks to his affiliation with Kail. Not to mention, the alleged deadbeat distinction.
Kailyn really is so dumb when it comes to allowing men near her children.
Yep, he is for sure baby daddy # 5. And when baby # 8 is around one year old heās going to get tossed out like the used tool he is. Him, Elija and Chris can all get together and listen in on Kailās podcast sheās doing with the next idiot.
I used to think Kail had it somewhat together, a heck of a lot better than Jenelle, but this new ārelationshipā this fast is so beyond creepy and toxic for her family. Like Jo and Javi need to step up and get some of those kids out of her care, she is not fit.
This girl I swear, she must have a gold hoo haa. Or is it her generation. The men want kids with the women and vice versa after 5 mins of meeting They are screwing with kids heads. They all have kids from multiple partners. She.has had her tubes done and if she has more kids then it proves how irresponsible she is. She needs to stop worrying about men and go to therapy to find out why she can’t live without a man in her life. Its so sad for the kids having men in and out of their lives like that. It would be so confusing. She has a daughter now and she needs to be careful who is around her.
