Lindsie Chrisley is taking the legal steps necessary to keep her (now ex) boyfriend David Landsman away from her and her son.
TMZ reported on Monday that Lindsie has filed for an ex parte dating violence protective order against David. In court documents (that have also been obtained by The Ashley), Lindsie gave more info about what she says went down the night of April 9 and in the early morning hours of April 10 before David’s arrest.
She also gave several examples of times David has allegedly gotten violent with her (and her son Jackson) before the incident on April 10.
As The Ashley previously reported, David— who has been in an off-and-on relationship with Lindsie for about two years— was arrested for aggravated assault and battery on April 10 for allegedly attacking Lindsie. On Monday, The Ashley revealed audio of a 911 call that David made the night of arrest in which he accused Lindsie of breaking into his Georgia home and “beating” him in the face, resulting in him being bloody.
Despite the call, it was David who ended up being arrested, after cops allegedly found bruises and injuries on Lindsie.
In her filing for the protective order, Lindsie claimed that the April 10 incident was not the first time David had strangled her. She also stated that David has allegedly physically attacked her son Jackson (whom she shares with her ex-husband Will Campbell) in the past.

“[David] has also been physically violent with [Lindsie’s] minor son in a public setting,” Lindsie’s court paperwork states. “This has caused [Lindsie] to be extremely concerned for her safety and the safety of her minor son.”
Lindsie states in her filing that she and David are no longer in a dating relationship, but were together up until the incident on April 10.
She went on to explain her version of events for the night David was arrest. Lindsie claimed that on the evening of April 9, she and David had gone out to dinner and David became angry when he saw a photo on Lindsie’s phone of who he thought was another man. Lindsie explained that the photo was actually a pic of David, something David eventually realized. Lindsie claims that, although David apologized, he remained “on edge” for the rest of the meal.
Lindsie claims that, after dinner, they went back to David’s place, where she broke the news to him that she wanted to “step away” from their relationship for the time being. She stated that David became “agitated and angry” once Lindsie began to confront him about some alleged lies he had been telling her. She claims that when she tried to leave David’s home, he strangled her “multiple times,” even allegedly using one hand to hold “her up so that her feet were off the ground.”
Lindsie wrote that she was screaming at David to stop but he wouldn’t so she punched him in the face to get him to let her go. He did let her go but eventually grabbed her throat again, according to Lindsie, and threw her outside the home. Lindsie claimed that she hit her head on some concrete outside, but was able to leave David’s house.
Lindsie noted that it was David who called 911 (as The Ashley reported), and tried to report her for punching him.

The report states that cops asked Lindsie to return to David’s home so they could examine her. When they did, they reportedly found injuries on her neck consistent with being strangled, as well as “lacerations on her head” from being thrown on the ground.
That, according to Lindsie, resulted in David’s arrest for aggravated assault and battery.
In her filing, Lindsie claimed this was not the only time David had allegedly gotten violent with her. She stated that on February 13, she went to David’s home to get her dog, who was at David’s place. Lindsie claimed that, on that date, David held her down on the ground, held her wrists together, and put his foot on her ankles to keep her from leaving. She stated she eventually broke free and punched him, but David chased her, pushed her down and got the dog back.
David has yet to comment on Lindsie’s claims in the protective order filing. He has 30 days to answer to the court summons for the case.

I predict her ex husband will file for full custody. Not sure what has been going on with Lindsey these past few years, but she needs to stay away from these guys who hurt her and her son.

Lindsie’s son is clearly better off with his father; however, I think that both of these people hit each other this time and many times before. He just happened to call the cops on her because he knew she was leaving him. If that didn’t happen, nobody would’ve heard a peep about this.

Seems to me Lindsie should have her child and dog removed from her home as she has now stated her boyfriend has been violent with her son and she continued to date him and he attacked her while she was trying to take her dog from his home looks to me like miss Lindsie cares more about some loser guy then her child or her dog …what a piece of trash she is
