Ciara Miller is speaking out for the first time since her Summer House co-stars Amanda Batula and West Wilson went public with their relationship– a pairing that has left Ciara feeling both betrayed and confused.
As The Ashley previously told you, following weeks of speculation online, Amanda and West finally confirmed in a joint statement at the end of March that they are in a “very new” relationship.

Despite the rumors, many fans– as well as the ‘Summer House’ cast– were left shocked by the news of Amanda and West’s “very new” relationship, including Amanda’s estranged husband, Kyle Cooke, and Ciara, who happens to be Amanda’s close friend and West’s ex-girlfriend.
In a new interview with Glamour, Ciara opened up about being publicly betrayed by two people she was close to, as well as the “mindf**k” she’s experiencing while watching the events of last summer unfold on the current season of ‘Summer House.’
“It’s one thing to experience hurt being closed doors,” Ciara told the outlet. “To experience it so publicly is like another layer, and then to have to see what you thought was your life still play out in Season 10. It’s a major mindf**k.”
Part of that “mindf**k,” presumably, is Ciara watching herself come to Amanda’s defense against Kyle, which happened before the husband and wife went on to announce their split in January. Ciara acknowledged the support she gave to Amanda last summer, before admitting that it makes what Amanda (and West) did even harder to understand.

“I’ve fought with your own husband to advocate for you,” Ciara said of Amanda. “I have championed you. I have tried to be there in different ways for you and help you to see your value in yourself. And so to be disregarded in such a disrespectful way is … Honestly, it’s … I’m at a loss for words sometimes.”
While Ciara said she was “definitely” closer to Amanda than West prior to the couple getting together, she revealed that she and West had yet to close the door on a romance, and were “working on [their] relationship.”
“Because we are exes, sometimes you spin the block; sometimes you land in situations where you guys are out,” she said. “I feel like there’s room to do that if that’s your ex.”
As for who she feels more betrayed by, Ciara claimed that West’s actions were all but expected, while Amanda’s were something she never saw coming.

“At the end of the day, a guy’s a guy,” Ciara said. “Whether or not West and I are working on a relationship, you just can’t put anything past a man. But I just never would think that it would come from someone like Amanda, who has been what has felt like in my circle and in my corner for so long. I think that’s the craziest part.”
Ciara confirmed that while she did receive a (slight) heads up that Amanda and West were planning to confirm their relationship on social media, she didn’t see the couple’s joint statement until it was posted to Instagram. She also admitted that there was one detail in the statement that she found “very telling.”

“I read [the joint statement] with the rest of the world,” Ciara said. “There’s something about the lack of being able to say each other’s names in the statement that I found very telling, but I don’t know.”

Amanda has seen the way West treats women from the jump and she still chose that eff-boy over a female friendship. Insane!!
