Huda Mustafa’s relationship with Too Hot To Handle alum Louis Russell may be over, but the Love Island USA Season 7 star continues to face repercussions for her alleged actions in February towards her ex’s baby mama, Nicole Olivera.
As The Ashley reported in March, Nicole was granted a temporary restraining order (TRO) against Huda after Huda allegedly broke into her Los Angeles home earlier this year while she and her one-year-old son, Luka Kai (whom Nicole shares with Louis), were home. Nicole also claimed that Huda made “terrifying and extremely mentally unstable threats” towards Nicole, Luka Kai, herself and her own five-year-old daughter.
During the incident, Huda had also allegedly fired off a series of threatening and concerning text messages to Nicole.
According to TMZ, Nicole’s TRO against Huda was dismissed on June 5 for lack of prosecution after Nicole’s lawyer reportedly missed the scheduled hearing. Due to the absence being Nicole’s lawyer’s mistake, however, the judge went on to reinstate the TRO, which prohibits Huda from going near Nicole’s home or harassing her in any manner.
While Huda previously denied the allegations against her, surveillance footage of the February incident obtained and released by TMZ this week seems to suggest otherwise.
In the video, Huda can be seen sneaking under a parking garage security gate before it closes and proceeding to walk through a parking lot of a building while talking on her phone. According to the outlet, the building Huda is prowling in the footage is the apartment building where Nicole resides.
Huda has yet to comment on the obtained surveillance footage. Meanwhile, a hearing has been set for July 1, during which the judge will decide whether or not to extend Nicole’s TRO.
Louis has also not addressed the recent developments in the battle between his ex’s; however, days after Nicole was granted her original TRO in March, Louis posted a photo of himself and Huda to his Instagram Story, calling the ‘Love Island’ star his queen.
Nearly two months later, Louis and Huda officially confirmed their split, telling TMZ in a joint statement that they had “mutually decided to part ways for the time being.”
“ … Huda is dedicating her time and energy to being the best mother, her music career and the exciting opportunities ahead, while Louis is focused on being the best father he can be and pursuing his future endeavors,” the former couple continued, while insisting that they “remain friends and continue to have the utmost respect and love for one another.”
