Kail Lowry is seemingly responding to claims made by her former “Teen Mom 2″ costar (and occasional social media sparring partner) Jenelle Evans this week regarding the status of Coffee Convos– the podcast Kail co-hosts with Lindsie Chrisley.
As The Ashley previously reported, Kail confirmed on a recent episode of Coffee Convos that Lindsie would no longer be joining her as a special guest for select dates on her upcoming “Fatherless Behavior” podcast tour. Kail revealed this news to fans just weeks after Lindsie was arrested and charged with DUI, Attempting to Elude, Reckless Driving, Improper Passing and Speeding.
While Kail didn’t confirm that the former Chrisley Knows Best star’s May 24 arrest had anything to do with her dropping out of the tour, she told listeners she hoped her co-host was “taking time to heal and kind of sort of reevaluate whatever it is she’s going to do next.”
Despite Kail never claiming that she booted Lindsie from Coffee Convos, Jenelle criticized her for doing so this week, while suggesting that she would’ve used Lindsie’s latest legal run-in as an opportunity to gain podcast listeners.
“Honestly, if that was me, and Lindsie got a DUI, I wouldn’t have kicked Lindsie off the podcast,” Jenelle claimed on TikTok Live. “I literally would be like, ‘This is gonna be used for our advantage.’
“Like, I feel like lots of people have got DUIs before,” Jenelle continued. “No, it’s not great that she got a DUI, but hopefully she learns from it, but then she can talk about it.”
Jenelle then suggested that Lindsie’s recent actions had made her persona non grata with Kail.
“ … If your reputation’s not good enough, you’re not good enough for Kail, you know,” she claimed.
After going on to tell followers this week that Kail had “said or told everyone that Lindsie’s off the podcast now,” Jenelle joked that she should launch a podcast with Lindsie. Naturally, she used this “joke” as a segue to remind everyone that Lindsie once wanted to start a podcast with her, but she declined the offer.
“ … fun fact, Lindsie did ask me before she started [a podcast], she asked me to do it with her and I said no because she was, like, very obsessive when she would talk to me in text messages and stuff … ,” Jenelle claimed. “I don’t know, there’s a fine line between a friend and a fan and I feel like she was fangirling more than she was being a friend, so it was weird to me.”
As you may remember, Jenelle claimed in January that Kail only nabbed a co-hosting gig on Coffee Convos because Jenelle chose not to take Lindsie up on her alleged offer to start a podcast together.
Lindsie later denied Jenelle’s “outlandish” claim and accused her of trying to use Kail’s podcasting success as a way to drum up content for her own podcast– a project that never came to fruition. Meanwhile, Kail assured Lindsie on a bonus episode of Coffee Convos that month that she didn’t care if Lindsie did approach other people before her, as those who turned down the opportunity had “blocked [their] own blessing.”
On Wednesday, Kail seemingly responded to Jenelle’s latest TikTok Live comments, insisting on social media that she “didn’t kick Lindsie off the pod.”
“She is still 50 [percent] owner,” Kail wrote on Facebook, before explaining that she removed Coffee Convos (and all of her podcasts) from her Instagram bio so that fans could easily find the link to purchase tickets to her upcoming podcast tour. (Fans had speculated on social media that Kail removing the names of her podcasts from her Instagram bio was a sign she was ending Coffee Convos.)
“There’s nothing else to it,” she continued. “Just wanted to clear those things up.”
Kail also addressed the topic on her Instagram Story, reiterating to fans that she changed her bio “for tour tickets & no other reason.”
While Kail neither mentioned Jenelle by name in her (presumed) responses, nor did she say anything to perpetuate their exchange, Jenelle predicted earlier this week that she and Kail will probably “always be beefing” with each other, allegedly due to the fact that Jenelle “will not accept [Kail’s] apologies.”
“ … I know who [Kail] is as a person and it’s like, once you start to trust her, she’ll do something to, like, just not be a good friend … ,” she added.

Jenelle just cannot keep her mouth shut, can she? She and Kailyn are more alike than EITHER of them will ever admit.
Did Jenelle read the whole report?? It wasn’t just a DUI it.was.way more serious than that. I’m not a fan of Kail, but wouldn’t blame her to get Lindsie off the podcast. That was a whole new level of crazy and irresponsible.
ok jenelle, we know you read the ashley’s comments so if you’re so smart and feel the need to give people suggestions they didn’t ask for, why haven’t you used any of your numerous legal run ins or problems to your advantage to help you with all those podcasts you were desperate to start? 🤔
