West Wilson’s summer just opened wide up as the Bravo star has reportedly not been asked to return to ‘Summer House’ for Season 11.
According to TMZ, cameras are slated to begin rolling for the upcoming season during the July 4 weekend; however, West will not be there to partake in the festivities, as a source connected to the series claims that the 31-year-old sports journalist and podcaster was not “picked up” for Season 11.
While West– who joined the cast of ‘Summer House’ in Season 8– will not be occupying a spot as a full-time cast member in Season 11, it’s reported that he could still make a cameo at some point.
The news of West’s ‘Summer House’ tenure coming to an end comes less than three months after he and fellow cast member Amanda Batula confirmed their romance via joint social media statement following weeks of speculation among fans. The pair’s ‘Summer House’ co-stars– including Amanda’s estranged husband Kyle Cooke and West’s ex-girlfriend Ciara Miller– had also been speculating about “close” relationship.
Fans watched during the recent three-part ‘Summer House’ Reunion as West and Amanda were confronted by their castmates about the timeline of their romance, only to be called out by co-star Lindsay Hubbard towards the conclusion of filming for not providing clear answers to many of the questions that the group wanted them to answer.
As The Ashley reported last week, it was announced that a bonus episode of ‘Summer House’– aptly titled ‘Summer House: The Aftermath’– will air on Tuesday, where viewers will see one-on-one conversations among Lindsay and Amanda, West and Kyle, and Ciara and West’s ex-girlfriend Meija.
On Sunday, Lindsay fired off what would ultimately be a series of slams directed at West on Threads, with her first post calling out West for claiming on his podcast last week that he hoped the San Antonio Spurs would beat the New York Knicks on Saturday, thus forcing a sixth game of the NBA Finals, which would have been played on Tuesday– the same night that the “f**king goddamn bonus episode” is set to air.
“ … West Wilson: you are trash,” Lindsay responded to West’s comments. “Trying to get people to not watch OUR show that iiiii brought YOU on, you should move immediately … I haven’t seen Tuesday’s Aftermath episode, but I feel it in my bones it is GOOD GOOD.”
Lindsay went on to remind West that he was getting paid for his appearance in Tuesday’s episode, insisting that he should be thankful at this point to still be getting a paycheck from the show.
On Monday, an activated Lindsay continued to vent her frustrations about West on social media, telling fans on Threads that maybe West should issue a public apology to her on his podcast for using her daughter to “distract from his secret relationship with Amanda, instead of talking s**t about the show he was so fortunate for [her] to put [him] on.”
“ … West has tried to threaten my career / show now 3 times and it’s quite frankly, disgusting,” she continued. “No other word to describe it.”
Lindsay went on claim that West went on a podcast after she gave birth to her daughter Gemma in 2024 and told fans there was “no way” that she could come back to ‘Summer House.’ Lindsay then accused him of using his “diabolical decision-making skills to manipulate Amanda into dating him” while also threatening their friend group and the future of their show. Lastly, she mentioned his comments about Tuesday’s bonus episode (again).
In another post on Monday, Lindsay clarified her accusation that West had “manipulated” Amanda into dating him, before going on to allege that he is continuing to engage in f**kboy behavior, despite he and Amanda claiming during the reunion that they are dating exclusively.
“ … HE is the one who initiated this f**kery,” Lindsay explained. “HE is the one who said ‘hey uhhh is it me or like do we like each other?’ Or whatever tf his hot dog smelling a** said. Yes, Amanda is a grown a** woman and makes her own big girl decisions. And yes, she needs to deal with those big girl consequences. You will see that convo btwn me and her in tomorrow’s ‘Aftermath’ episode.
“Meanwhile, West is still out with other girls and still talking to his other girlfriends, like a true Fboy,” she concluded.
West has yet to respond to Lindsay’s claims, nor has he commented on his ‘Summer House’ exit. At this time, he continues to have Bravo listed in his Instagram bio.

I can’t imagine Amanda surviving Summer House!
Please take Amanda off. She would have been off Seasons ago if it weren’t for Paige saving her. I think she’s more manipulative than WeSTD and she has been since day one. Kyle was never the bad guy he was made out to be she just triggered and set him up that way to play the role of meek helpless good girl that she never was all for attention and fame.
If Amanda has to stay, it would be great to have Sally Carson sleep in the big room with Kyle and have Ciara and Mejia share a room and play mean girls all Summer. West can then make his Cameo where he breaks up with Amanda to try and weasel his way back on to SH. Just saying.

Bye bye West! I’m sure Amanda will soon be acting like the innocent, weak and remorseful “poor me” little girl. It’s not all West and she shouldn’t get a free pass. I’ve been watch SH season 10 again and West & Amanda are both manipulative liars. Let’s remember…..it takes 2 to tango. I’m over West & Amanda but I’m seriously struggling with Amanda more. She set the scene this whole last season. She needs to take a break or pause. I heve no sympathy for either., both should be gone from the show. I’d be ok not seeing West or Amanda on SH ever again. They deserve each other and everything that comes with their stupid/selfish decisions. The show will be sooooo…..much better! Love Lindsay for keeping it real and calling him out! I do disagree about him manipulating Amanda, she knew damn well what was up. Hope her and her newly unemployed bf have a wonderful life. Hopefully off of Sh, I’m sick of seeing her on my tv btw.
