Amanda Batula‘s time on ‘Summer House’ is over.
Just weeks after Amanda’s beau West Wilson was given the boot from the Bravo franchise, TMZ broke the news that Amanda will not be returning to the show for its 11th season, which is due to start filming this weekend.
“Amanda is not expected to be part of the cast when production gets underway on the July 4 holiday weekend,” the site reported on Monday, adding that Amanda may still make a drop-in appearance on the show randomly, but will no longer be a full-time cast member.

Amanda is still currently starring on the spinoff ‘In The City,’ which hasn’t been renewed for a second season as of press time. (It is unknown if Amanda will continue on with the show, should it get picked up.)
As ‘Summer House’ fans are aware, Amanda has been on the show since it launched in 2017. Viewers watched her marry— and then split from— Kyle Cooke and be involved in plenty of drama and scandal over the past 10 seasons. However, Amanda’s most-memorable scandal came earlier this year when she and West confirmed their romance via a joint social media statement, following weeks of speculation among fans, Kyle, and West’s ex Ciara Miller, who was also a close friend with Amanda.
Fans watched during the recent three-part ‘Summer House’ Reunion as West and Amanda were confronted by their castmates about the timeline of their romance, only to be called out by co-star Lindsay Hubbard towards the conclusion of filming for not providing clear answers to many of the questions that the group wanted them to answer. Lindsay went on to appear on an “Aftermath” episode with Amanda, in which Amanda admitted to being “so selfish” and feeling “stupid” for her actions with West.

Amanda also claimed during the “Aftermath” that she was very much aware of how her relationship with West has impacted her life.
“I wake up with, like, the most anxiety about how I’ve, like, f**ked up my whole entire life every single day,” Amanda said.
Despite this, Amanda and West were seen vacationing together in Italy weeks after the “Aftermath” episode was filmed.

As of press time, Amanda has not released any public statement about her departure from ‘Summer House,’ nor has the rest of the show’s cast.
UPDATE! According to Us Weekly, it was Bravo that dumped Amanda, not the other way around.
“Amanda was not invited back to Season 11,” a source for the magazine stated on Monday, noting that the show’s execs didn’t think it would “be a fun summer” without having “organic relationships with the rest of the cast.”

“Amanda seems to agree it’s not a good fit,” the source stated.
Amanda’s ‘Summer House’ co-stars are reportedly “in agreement with the decision” for Amanda to exit the show.
“Amanda doesn’t feel those are her genuine friendships anymore and wants to focus on her next chapter and what that looks like,” the magazine reported. “[She] and West are at ease that they will not be on the show. They are both OK with moving on.”
