Kail Lowry is a lot of things– mom of many, former ‘Teen Mom 2′ star, host of 862 multiple podcasts– but, despite rumors claiming otherwise, she insists that she’s not a serial cheater.
Kail refuted the claims of her alleged two-timing ways on a recent episode of Gia Giudice’s Casual Chaos podcast, where the Next Gen NYC star asked Kail to reveal the most unhinged assumption people still make about her from her ‘Teen Mom 2’ days.
“Oh, God, they think that I am a serial cheater, that I’ve cheated on everyone that I’ve ever been with, which is completely false,” Kail said.
While Kail did cop to cheating on her boyfriend at the age of 19, she claimed that the ncident– a version of which played out on ‘Teen Mom 2’– has caused people to assume that she’s “cheated on every single partner [she’s] been with since.” (Kail was presumably referring to when she cheated on ex-boyfriend Jordan Wenner with her ex and first baby daddy, Jo Rivera.)
“I literally haven’t,” Kail said, noting that she isn’t positive that the rumors of her cheating on other partners stems from the incident that happened when she was 19, though she claimed it’s “the only thing [she can] think of.”
Kail also clarified on the episode that she doesn’t consider it cheating if she’s dating someone, they break up, and then she begins dating someone new, only to get back together with the previous person she was dating, calling that situation “just a toxic relationship.”
“ … but I didn’t cheat on you,” she explained. “Do you know what I’m saying? That’s frustrating for me.”
While Kail claimed that her days of cheating are long behind her, fans may remember that she was cheated on herself not long ago by former fiancé Elijah Scott. As The Ashley previously reported, Kail called it quits with Elijah– the father of her three youngest children– in 2025 after it was revealed that he had cheated on the mom of seven while on a cruise the previous year.
Despite Kail being adamant about the allegedly near-perfect track record she has of being faithful to her romantic partners, she revealed on Casual Chaos that she’s done arguing with critics on social media about that and “anything” else.
“I’m not arguing in the comments,” Kail said, when asked to reveal the one thing she absolutely refuses to argue about online anymore. “I will literally say, ‘Your mom.’ I’m 12 years old and I will literally comment and say, ‘Your mom,’ because I’m not doing this with you. You need to get a grip. The amount of energy that people put into hate on the internet, you could be doing something so positive, or creating your own content.
“You don’t have to hate me for my content, just keep scrolling,” she continued. “Just keep scrolling, you don’t have to say anything, or you can create your own [content].”

We watched this girl continuously give as many relationship issues as she got back, but more if I were to put in my two cents. And that was with friends as well as with lovers. I feel like at this point, she’d get much further by just owning her past exactly the way it happened and connecting to an audience of people who are just as lost.
