Kail Lowry recently answered questions about her life, telling her current live-in lover, Ike Knighton, what she feels fans (and her baby daddies) have gotten wrong about her. During Friday’s episode of her Barely Famous podcast, the former ‘Teen Mom’ star opened up about plastic surgery, her plethora of baby daddies (and her inability to shut up about them), and her never-ending parade of drama.

Ike (who jokingly started the episode with “Welcome to my show”) was in charge of asking Kail questions, and started things off by talking about Kail’s current state of mind.

“I don’t feel any ounce of calm right now,” she said. “2026 has surpassed the f**kery of 2025, so things are not calm in any way, shape or form. We are in the trenches right now. There is nothing calm about Kail Lowry LLC.

“…I feel like right now in my life, I’m right back in 2022 on ‘Teen Mom,'” she said later in the episode. “Like, I’m on all the tea pages, my relationships are being scrutinized, my track record with my kids’ dads and that is, like, not the controversial Kail that I was planning on bringing back.”

Here, The Ashley breaks down some of the most-interesting topics Kail and Ike discussed during the episode.

On what plastic surgery she wanted but won’t get:

Kail is certainly no stranger to the plastic surgeon’s scalpel but during the interview, she revealed one cosmetic procedure that she has decided not to undergo, despite always wanting it.

“I get called Miss Piggy a lot, so I briefly thought about thinning out the bridge of my nose…” Kail said.

Although Kail has talked about getting a nose job for years, she said she has recently decided to leave her schnoz as it is.

“It just makes me really nervous because I already had my double chin cut off,” Kail said of the major plastic surgery she underwent last year on her face. “I do get Botox so it’s probably best that I don’t touch my nose. Because you can’t undo a bad nose job, and even the best rhinoplasty surgeon in the world could potentially give me results that I’m not happy with.”

“One of the common things that happens is that sometimes the ‘snouting’ that I have– [my nose] tilts up— that gets worse with a nose job,” she continued. “So, that is what my biggest fear was and ultimately why I came to the conclusion that I don’t need a nose job.”

(As ‘Teen Mom’ fans are aware, in addition to the chin and facial procedures, Kail has also undergone two tummy tucks, several breast surgeries, liposuction and more. She has admitted that she believes she has a mental illness that drives her to continue to get plastic surgeries.)

On what she would like to never talk about again:

“The names Jo, Javi and Chris; I would like for them to not be in my vocabulary anymore,” Kail said, after acknowledging that she has said this a lot but still continues to talk about her baby daddies publicly. “I would love to never mention them again…”

Kail admitted that she needs to learn to “deal with it on my own” when it comes to her baby daddies and not run to her podcasts or social media to respond when one of her baby daddiii says something about her online.

“The public does not need to know those things, regardless of how I feel about it, and regardless of the resentment I have towards it, I do not need to explain to the public,” she said, before admitting that she has a hard time not responding to comments made by the dads or about the dads by fans.

“…I don’t know why I can’t just, like, ignore some of those comments about my kids’ dads,” she admitted. “It is so annoying to my own self.”

Later in the podcast, Kail admitted that people on her team would often help “censor” some of the things she would say about her baby daddiii by editing clips out of her podcast episodes.

“If I was emotionally charged on a podcast episode, they were removing all of those conversations, unbeknownst to me and in a good way,” she revealed. “I would vent to [my cohosts Lindsie or Becky] on a podcast about one of my kids’ dads and they would remove it. And I didn’t know and I’m so thankful for that. But then when Javi went live and opened up the can of worms about our relationship, it was like, ‘OK, if it’s going to come out anyway and people are going to out my s**t anyway, let me f**king do it! It’s my life, why are you outing stuff?'”

On her relationship with Ike:

Kail discussed how she previously didn’t want her relationship with Ike to go public.

“If I’m being honest, I was hoping that your relationship with me would be private for some degree,” she said. “Not that I wanted to hide it from social media at any point but, like, very early on it was outed.”

“…I would have probably announced that I’m in a relationship but I kind of was hoping to leave it at that,” she said to Ike. “Like I wanted my relationship with you to basically be known but be private, and that’s not how it happened. And that’s not [because of] anything that you and I did, I don’t believe. And so, because of that and because of you being in the picture and— because it went public in a very negative way, too– and because of that I feel like I’m back to sharing every single aspect of my life.”

On how she felt when Javi unleashed on her (and Ike) on Live last year:

Fans will likely remember Javi’s epic Instagram Live rant session in June 2025, where he not only exposed Kail and Ike’s relationship, but also revealed that Kail had moved Ike into her home almost immediately after she and Elijah broke up. He also discussed custody issues he and Kail were having, and claimed that Chris Lopez had been telling the truth about Kail, etc.

During Friday’s episode of Barely Famous, Kail admitted that she was quite shattered by Javi’s live rant.

“I did not handle that Live well” she said. “Like I did but I didn’t. I obviously didn’t address it publicly or anything but I was crying– a lot. That was like our first ‘thing’ and it was so early on in our relationship…”

Kail admitted she was scared Ike would not be able to handle Javi exposing them publicly. She also worried about how her kids would deal with the things Javi revealed in his Live.

“I was worried about the kids, first, because obviously the older they get the more they can see, the more then know, the more opinions they have,” she said. “When they were younger, they weren’t seeing the Internet… [Before the Live], I felt like I was in a place where I was like, ‘OK things are pretty calm.’ So [afterward], my first concern was them. I was like, ‘OK, Lincoln’s going to see this.’ 

“My second concern was like, ‘Now we’re back in this huge drama-filled thing and I worked so hard to leave ‘Teen Mom’ and stop talking about the dads on the podcast, and now I’m with somebody who is mostly private,” she said. “Yeah, it was just a lot. It was so much.”

On why she chooses to make money off her personal life drama:

Kail said she realized she could monetize that drama for her own benefit instead of someone else’s. (Fans have noticed that a lot of her “juicy” podcast episodes are now put on her Patreon, which requires fans to pay to listen to the episodes.) 

“I get s**t for monetizing and it’s like, ‘It’s my life and everyone else is exploiting it for me. If I don’t do it myself, somebody else will and they’ll monetize off my life, so I might as well just do it myself and make money off of it.”

On why she no longer loans out money:

“No one has lost access to me, necessarily except for when it comes to my finances. I’m saying no to people borrowing money,” Kail said. “Someone recently, over the last four months, reached out and wanted financial help and I basically was like, ‘Hey, I’m sorry, I can’t help you. Here are some resources that may help you, but I’ve learned my lesson as far as money goes and I cannot help you.

“I think that people in my life— whether they’re super close to me or they’re not close to me but I know them— they look at me as, like, a loan officer,” Kail continued. “I’m talking about people where it’s like, I’m their fallback plan.”

On rumors that she sleeps around:

Kail said one thing people think about her that is incorrect is that she sleeps with a lot of guys, due to the fact that she has seven kids by four different dads.

“I literally have kids with half the people I’ve slept with,” she declared. “So, let that sink in for you.”

(For those of you who went to schools that “aren’t well,” that means Kail is saying she has slept with eight people total.)

“Not that I give a f**k if you’ve slept with 20 people, I don’t judge you,” she said. “But people genuinely think that every single male that I’ve ever been attached to in a picture or that is online or that I knew, immediately [people think] that I’ve slept with them. Immediately I have secret baby dads. Immediately I have slept with every single person— male or female, honestly— and that’s really frustrating because it’s not fair to those people either, right? 

“I get so caught up and worked up with, ‘I didn’t sleep with that person’ but it’s actually not fair to those people,” she continued. “Because you’re actually digging into who they are and you’re accusing them of sleeping with me and it’s like it’s not that deep…so that’s frustrating.”
