Anna Leigh Wilson is (attempting) to explain what happened between her and Leo Dionicio during this week’s episode of ‘The Challenge,’ taking to Instagram after their sexual-tension-filled flirting session aired for the world (and Anna Leigh’s husband) to see!
After the steamy clip of Anna Leigh and Leo getting dangerously close at the ‘Challenge’ house aired (and was posted on the show’s official Instagram feed), Anna Leigh took to the post’s comment section to admit she was wrong for her actions. (In case you missed it, those “actions” including her telling Leo how horny she was, asking him to “go on” while he was explaining the sexy-time scenarios he’d like to engage in with her, and reveling in the sexual tension between them.)
As fans know, Anna Leigh— who got her start on ‘The Amazing Race’— has been married to Coy Wilson since 2020. In her comment, she revealed how she told Coy about the situation with Leo.

“I knew this conversation was coming, and I’m not going to pretend I’m proud of it,” Anna Leigh wrote in the post. “I said things I shouldn’t have said, and I understand why people are disappointed or uncomfortable watching it. I’m married, and I know the conversation crossed a line that I never should have allowed it to cross; I take responsibility for that.”
Although during the scene, Leo insisted that “there’s nothing going on with Anna Leigh,” she still wrote that she was still embarrassed by her actions and that she immediately informed Coy of the scene that was filmed and would eventually air. (Anna Leigh stated that it was “easy to forget that you’re being filmed.”)
“What wasn’t shown was the conversation I had afterward, where humiliated, I apologized and acknowledged to Leo that what I did was disrespectful to my husband and to anyone in a committed relationship,” Anna Leigh wrote. “I also told my husband everything as soon as I got my phone back.”
Anna Leigh went on to insist that she and Coy have “had months to have the conversations, work through it, and deal with it privately together.”
(Coy has not publicly commented on the scene.)
“The environment was intense, emotions were high, and alcohol was involved, but none of those things excuse what I said,” Anna Leigh wrote. “I’m not asking anyone to excuse it either. I just want to be honest about the fact that what you’re seeing isn’t the entirety of what happened or how I handled it afterward.
“I made a mistake,” she continued. “I owned it with the person who mattered most to me, and I’m continuing to take responsibility for it. I can live with people not liking what I did. Trust me I’m not proud of it, but I hope people can also understand there is a real person and a real marriage on the other side of this screen.”
Although Anna Leigh owned up to being disrespectful to her husband, Leo simply blamed what happened on the alcohol.
“My fault guys the drinks had me overlyyyy goin,” he wrote in the post’s comment section. “But uhhh the distance was kept and nothing happens.”
Some of the twosome’s ‘Challenge’ co-stars did not appear to be convinced of that, however.
“Seeeeeee I would believe this if you had actually created space from Leo after the incident…but you didn’t,” Alexis Lete wrote in response to Anna Leigh’s comment. “I found y’all alone together in our bathroom two days later. Let’s not rewrite history now.”
Cara Maria Sorbello commented that she was unaware just how flirty things got between Anna Leigh and Leo.
“Oh. I didn’t know it was this bad,” she wrote. “Meanwhile her hot husband who put a big ol rock on her finger was tending to her farm animals at home.”
Anna Leigh and Coy appear to still be married, as she posted a video of them together on a paddleboarding date last week. In the comment section of that post, ‘Challenge’ viewers questioned if Coy was going to stay with Anna Leigh, despite her expressing how much she longed to bone Leo.

“Surprised you’re still married,” one person wrote.
“Has he seen the most recent episode yet?” someone else commented.
“Girl Leo over your man … messy messy,” another person wrote.
