Jenelle Evans and her husband-turned-ex husband-turned-boyfriend David Eason have once broken up.
Sources confirm to The Ashley that the fired ‘Teen Mom’ star and her reinstated soulmate have ended their eight-month “fresh start” romance, and that it was Jenelle who called it quits.
“They got into a huge fight and Jenelle kicked him out of her house,” the source tells The Ashley, adding that this blowout happened earlier this week.
As The Ashley told you, Jenelle and David were officially divorced (after a nasty court battle) when their daughter Ensley was hospitalized in January. Despite Jenelle having a protective order against David (preventing him from being near her), he was allowed to fly from North Carolina to Las Vegas to see Ensley in the hospital.
Romance apparently bloomed in the hosptial halls because Jenelle and David restarted their toxic love story, with David moving into Jenelle’s Vegas abode soon after.
Jenelle insisted that she and David were just “coparenting, despite her actually calling him “her man” on various occasions.
David— who is apparently on an unlimited sabbatical from all things job-related— even leeched onto Jenelle when she decided to move from Las Vegas to Florida in May.
According to The Ashley’s sources, Jenelle ordered David out of her house and he was not happy about it.
“She had to remind him that she currently has an active restraining order out against him,” the source said.
The source also stated that Jenelle’s chief complaint about David was that he was constantly asking Jenelle to buy him things, and would throw fits when she refused.
“It was just like before [when they were married]. Jenelle finally realized that he hasn’t changed and will never change,” the source added. “He doesn’t work. He gets mad about small things. Just like before.
“Jenelle told him that she will have him arrested if he comes back to her house, because of the no-contact order,” the source said. “She never dropped it and it’s always been active this whole time they’ve been together.”
On Tuesday, Jenelle made sure to show off the fact that she is no longer wearing her wedding coparenting ring. She posted a photo to Instagram Stories in which her ringless finger was very obviously in full view. Jenelle has also unfollowed her swampy soulmate on Instagram.
As The Ashley previously reported, Jenelle was not able to bring her eldest son, Jace, to her home when he was released from a facility earlier this month because David was living with her. (David is not legally allowed to be near Jace due to the pending criminal charges he has, which stem from when Jace claims David attacked him in 2023.)
Earlier this month, Jenelle insisted that her allowing Jace to live with Barbara again (despite being very against it previously) has “nothing to do with” the fact that David was living with her.
According to The Ashley’s source, though, Jenelle’s breakup with David should not change Jace’s living situation.
“She does not want to bring Jace to Florida,” the source said.
(Jenelle, Barbara and Jace’s father Andrew Lewis are set to go to court in September regarding custody of Jace.)
Speaking of court, David is also set to go to court next week. His jury trial is scheduled to begin on August 24 for his felony charge of “assault by strangulation” and misdemeanor child abuse charge. (The Ashley is skeptical that the trial will actually happen that day, though.)
“David has nowhere to go but the boat he and Jenelle bought when they were married,” another source told The Ashley. “He isn’t legally allowed back on The Land because the home was given to Jenelle in the divorce. He has a parcel of land that he was given, but there is nowhere to live on that land. He will have to go back to living on the boat.”

That’s not even right. Using the court system as her own personal little tool. What papers? When she wants some D but those papers are framed and hung on the wall as soon as she’s mad. It should no longer be valid. She is not nor she ever been scared of him. She’s just as vindictive as they come.
I agree. I am no David fan but this isn’t okay. If I were him I would challenge the restraining order especially since it prevents him from seeing his child. She is not afraid of him, she is abusing the court system. There are a couple woman on Teen Mom that use RO’s as a weapon against the father’s of their children.
If this is real and not a scheme to avoid court issues, they will get back together eventually. They are a perfectly matched set of wretched souls.
I’m sure they will get back together at least at one point. She divorced him and they still got back together. So this is nothing. I actually do hope she stays single for a long time and works on herself and puts her kids first.
And hopefully then she then can find a good person to be in a relationship with. No more of these abusive losers!

I agree that it’s all a show for the court system especially since she doesn’t have her next “manager”…I mean other former ex-husband…I mean someone who shared a cell with Kiefer or Nathan…I mean some random guy she met on a street corner lined up to live with her and be her next “soulmate.” I also agree that she and David deserve each other. It’s just disgusting that any kids have to be subjected to them while David is leeching off her…I mean while they are in love. 🤮😡

I agree with everyone who is seeing right through this charade!! I think it’s just a big lie because of the custody case coming up. Jenelle knows she won’t be granted custody if the walking venereal disease is living in her house!! She thinks she’ll look like mother of the year now if the judge is stupid enough to believe that she is thinking about her children’s well-being instead of the fuck monster. If the court gives her custody, she’ll be able to get Jace back and brainwash him into dropping the charges against her fuck buddy. Then she will let him back into the house and Jace won’t be able to do a thing about it!!! None of the kids will ever be safe again!

Not sure what state the order is from but where I live if the person who has the protection order purposely breaks it then the order is no longer in place.
Just goes to show that NOBODY will ever stay with her long term. Even getting free room & board, 3x a day doordash, vehicles, boats, etc isn’t worth being around that fugly sloth. Her poor children!
What a coincidence that the breakup comes close to David’s court date and Jace’s release. I don’t believe the break-up is real. This is a show for the courts. I pray David goes to jail and I hope Janelle loses custody of Jace.
