Jenelle Evans recently regaled her followers with the tale of how— and why— she broke up with her ex-husband-turned-boyfriend David Eason in August. While the ‘Teen Mom’ star claimed that she only threatened to call the cops on David after their blow-up fight, The Ashley can reveal that there was, indeed, a 911 call placed by Jenelle on the day she kicked Big Dave out of her Florida home.
According to the call audio exclusively obtained by The Ashley, Jenelle made the call early in the morning on August 18, asking that the Sheriff’s Department send a “police escort” to her home. The 911 operator seemed to be confused as to what Jenelle was asking for. (Apparently her new town in Florida isn’t used to people having 911 on speed dial to handle all of their disputes.)
“I have my ex-boyfriend here and he was here ‘coparenting’ with me,” Jenelle begins. “Now, um, we got into a little bit of an argument. And I told him, I said, ‘You need to get out. Move out. My [name] is on the lease.”
Jenelle then claimed that David was trying to “take everything” from her.
“He’s trying to say, ‘Oh, this is mine, this is mine,'” Jenelle told the 911 operator. “We just got divorced recently. Everything has been settled in court already.”
Jenelle then hesitates before admitting, “He’s not even supposed to even, um, be here.”
(This is, of course, a reference to the active no-contact order Jenelle has against David. She has had it since 2024, had been choosing to ignore it for the previous eight months while David was shacking up with her.)
Later in the call, Jenelle explains that she “didn’t hesitate” to call 911 this time, due to her “history with him and how things can escalate even worse than this. I didn’t want it to escalate. [I was] like, ‘Stop it right now and you need to get out.'”
Jenelle goes on to accuse David of trying to take her stuff along with whatever possessions he has. That’s when Big Dave pipes in and can be heard shouting at Jenelle in the background, asking her, “Where’s my keys?!”
“It’s just verbal at this point but he’s calling me a lot of names. He’s torn up my purse and now he’s dumping everything out of my purse,” Jenelle says before telling the operator that there’s a no-contact order between her and David until November.
“Now my car keys are missing!” Jenelle says as David can be heard grumbling and yelling in the background. Jenelle asks David several more times where he put her keys.
“They’re my car keys!” David yells back.
“You literally just took my keys and unlocked my door,” Jenelle screams back before uttering her signature, “Gooood, duuuuude!”
(Unfortunately, The Ashley had to edit some parts out the call out, due to identifying info being given during those parts, in case you are wondering why this part of the argument is missing from The Ashley’s call audio video.)
Jenelle then bursts into tears, telling the operator she’s, “like, hopping out to my car, tryin’ to get my keys!”
The operator seems unmoved by Jenelle’s tears, simply muttering, “Yeah.”
David and Jenelle continue yelling at each other about car keys, while David mutters in between shouting sessions.
David then exclaims that “this is my place too!”
“He’s claiming that we got the place together but my name’s on the lease,” Jenelle tells the 911 operator.
The 911 operator seems somewhat confused as to why Jenelle allowed David to be at her house, despite there being a no-contact order between them. Jenelle goes on to give the poor lady the whole trashtastic story.
“He came here to co-parent,” Jenelle explains as David grumbles loudly in the background. “I was letting him see my daughter. We were all takin’ them to school. And then he started yelling at my daughter, callin’ her a drug addict, saying her room looks like a druggie’s. He was saying she’s a ret**d; she’s stupid. And I was like, ‘Stop talking to my kid like that’ and it just escalated from there.”
Jenelle said Big Dave immediately came home and started rifling through her stuff, dumping out her purse and digging through her nightstand.
“He’s like, ‘I’m just tryin’ to leave, I’m just tryin’ to leave’ but at the same time he’s going through my stuff.”
Jenelle begins blubbering once again on the phone.
“Like, I bought all this for me after we got divorced!” she says in a high-pitched shrill. “This is all my stuff! I rebought everything and none of this is his! This is why we got the divorce so I had everything. And I had to rebuy stuff because I moved. I still own my house in North Carolina but I needed help at the time so, yeah, I asked him to come help and go visit my daughter at the same time! But everything is mine. I have receipts.”
Jenelle then explains why she brought David to her home in the first place, explaining that their daughter Ensley was in the hospital in January, so she was forced to notify him, despite there being a no-contact order between them. (This, of course, does not explain why Jenelle let him shack up with her for seven months after Ensley was released from the hospital.)
The fired ‘Teen Mom’ star then told the 911 operator that she already warned David that if he didn’t “calm down” she would call the cops on him.
“He said, ‘Do it! Do it, you dumb bitch!'” Jenelle claimed.
“Yeah,” the 911 operator said again.
Jenelle then talked about David calling Ensley— who is nine— a drug addict.
“She’s going to go to school crying, and telling people, ‘My dad called me a drug addict’ and she doesn’t even know about drugs,” Jenelle insisted, before confirming that Ensley and her son Kaiser were at the home when this occurred, but had been instructed to stay in their rooms. She then cries about not being able to drive the kids to school.
“Yeah,” replies the 911 operator.
Jenelle continues sobbing, telling the 911 operator that she believes David now has her debit card.
After a period of silence, Jenelle says that she thinks David left.
“I think he left on foot…and he didn’t take nothing with him, which is weird and makes me think he’s gonna come back later on and try,” she added.
According to the Incident Report (which was also obtained by The Ashley), cops found Ol’ Davey walking down Jenelle’s street. (We can assume he had some sort of hobo sack on a stick slung over his shoulder?)
David confessed to the officer that Jenelle has a no-contact order against him currently but, despite this, “they have been residing together for approximately one year in [an] attempt to coparent.”
When the officer spoke to Jenelle, she confirmed that her argument with David was only verbal and that it did not turn physical. The Incident Report states that the officer had a hard time finding the injunction Jenelle has against David and had to call around to a few places in North Carolina before a Lieutenant at the Detention Center there finally confirmed that there is, indeed, an active no-contact order between the two former soulmates.
“I explained this to Jenelle and she stated that when she applied for the injunction, she was told to keep a copy of the injunction with her at all time[s] because there would not be electronic records of it,” the officer wrote. “Jenelle did not have that copy with her.”
The cop then advised Jenelle that she should transfer the injunction to Florida. He also advised David that he is not allowed to return to Casa de Jenelle.
David was not arrested and, according to Jenelle, has not contacted her since she blocked him. Last week, David was spotted at a bar in North Carolina.

I find it interesting that he only came around again when he needed a place to live, and the strangulation case was coming up soon and then as soon as it was dismissed, he moved out And already has a new girlfriend and new place to live. She’s so dumb that he was totally just using her and always has used her for her money, but she took him back after putting a restraining order and crying to the court about how dangerous he was. Also, she pulled the kids out of school right after he left too because she was too lazy to take them to school herself. He was probably the one taking them to school. She always tries a paint a picture like she’s the victim, but in reality, she’s the one desperate enough to let him back into her life.
She needs to start catching charges for misusing 911. It takes two seconds to Google the non-emergency number to the Sheriff’s Office. She should have it in her contacts for any county she enters.

The 911 dispatcher not even flinching with the emotion on that call was fire but at the same time who calls 911 on a person that has actively had a no contact order on them you literally called 911 and told them that y’all are both violating the no contact order. I Don’t know how it works in the US but here in Ontario Canada you do something dumb like that you both get fined and you both probably get 60 days in the slammer or something like that, but I’m sure it probably varies province to province within Canada.
This girl is so messed up so messed up. I’m sad for Kaiser and Ainsley. (I know I spelled her daughters name wrong, but not sure of the exact spelling. I know she spells it with an E though)
But at the end of the day, you have no contact order on this fucking dude who you divorced doesn’t matter what state it’s in but at the same time just before she claims she had a no contact order on this fucking guy. She also said yeah this is my ex then talks about the no contact order. OK no it’s not your ex-boyfriend. That’s your ex-husband, sweetheart. You both violated a court order. You both deserve to go to jail and I hope to God somebody takes those two kids from her. Jace is in a good place now, but sadly these other two kids do not deserve what they have for mother. I’m sad for those kids. Janelle is a sad disgusting human being and does not even deserve to have a place on any freaking social media at all whatsoever, I love the Ashley’s reality round up, but please like only post Janelle shit when she’s being stupid and bimbish like this or better yet don’t post her at all. Jesus Christ, SMH. First off, yeah, a NINE year old drug addict. What in the actual f**K?! Why would you choose that, of all things, to say? Second, Jenelle is just… hopeless. Her decision making skills should be enough to have those kids removed at this point… Jace needs to stay with Barbara, Kaiser should have stayed with his paternal grandmother, and Ensley needs to go to someone that actually gives a damn about her. I cannot believe that CPS/DCFS doesn’t think all of this chaos is worthy of taking those kids by now. Third, I thought the kids were home schooled…? Fourth, What on God’s green earth did you think was going to happen in this situation, Jenelle?! She has got to be the most DENSE person I have ever known of. Lastly, That picture of David with the “Davey calm” caption was PURE GOLD. Hahaha! Also honestly, it’s no surprise that Jenelle moved to Florida… the weirdest shit happens there so quite frankly, it’s a perfect place for her.
I work in an addiction hospital, and unfortunately I know of quite a few people who started heroin at 9, some even younger. Is Ensley? Of course not. But her mandated reporter teacher hearing something like that would start an investigation and Jenny wouldn’t want any drug doggies around her new Florida crack den.
A few things struck me in this conversation. Jenelle oversharing and tying up the 911 EMERGENCY line for 12 minutes is ridiculous. Why didn’t the dispatcher cut her off, tell her “we’ll send a car” and hang up? Jenelle’s REALLY going to need the police one of these days and they’re not going to respond because of her fake calls.
She got all hot and bothered when David insulted Ensley, but for years she let him verbally and physically abuse both of her sons without so much as the blink of an eye. Tell us you don’t play favorites, Jenelle. And why was David so upset about Ensley’s filthy room? He knew Jenelle was a pig before he went back to her, so why did he go back if the filth bothered him so much? Ensley’s not going to be born knowing how to clean up after herself. She has to be taught.
Jenelle’s admission that the house she’s in is a rental wasn’t a surprise but she’s been hinting that the house she’s in is hers, so there’s another lie from the lying liar. Why in hell is she paying rent on a place when she’s got a home in NC? Sell the damned thing, FFS. Even if she takes a loss she’ll get some money. Wouldn’t it be better to have to pay $125K of the $250K or so she owes between the mortgage & taxes than having to pay off the entire $250K+ ????
It is a domestic situation and the dispatcher usually keeps the caller on the line until the officer arrives.
The trailer is unlivable. It needs leveled.

It would be great to see her try, and the courts laugh in her face due to the amount of evidence that shows she willingly brought him to live with her and was his sugar mama for almost a year.

He was looking for his keys and dumping her purse out..while yelling for the keys and then took her keys to probably check her car for them..then left before the cops came. Just to have her tow his car a few weeks later and make a post to fuck with him. 😑
Her poor kids. David will end up killing them or Jenelle one day. He’s strangled both Jenelle and Jace, and routinely abused Kaiser. The system has failed these kids, and so have all their parents.
David is terrifyingly violent and unhinged, and Jenelle does almost nothing to protect her children.

I loved the “yeah”. Jelly was talking to them like she called a friend to melt down to. Why the running dialog Jelly? Ask for help to be sent but dispatch doesn’t need to know to entirety of your relationship while you wait. They have a job to do.

What a pair of complete losers. Those poor kids having to witness that. My parents used to scream at each other for hours on end. It was horrible to live through as they continuously bad mouthed each other to us. It resulted in me having major anxiety. Years of therapy & medication. I fear that’s what’s in K&E’s future. I live in Florida. They don’t care about anything here. I have stories for days, like when a neighbors car got hit and I could identify the person that ran and was told they could contact the insurance company, or when I got hit by someone who provided false insurance and was told to contact my insurance company, or when my ex hit me and chased me and my neighbor called the cops said I could have made the marks on myself. Trust me. Florida cops are woooooorthless.
