One day after The Ashley posted audio of a 911 call that Jenelle Evans made in August in an effort to get her ex-husband-turned-boyfriend David Eason out of her house after their (latest) breakup, Jenelle and David both have released statements!
The audio features Jenelle sobbing as she tells the (very unenthused) 911 operator that she and David had been ‘coparenting’ despite her having an active restraining order against him. The fired ‘Teen Mom’ star can also be heard crying as David yells in the background and allegedly tries to take her belongings.
In a new interview with Us Weekly, Jenelle (sort of) admitted that what happened was (sort of) her fault, since she took David back, despite them being divorced and her having a restraining order.
“I do take accountability to a certain extent, allowing him back in my life, but at some point, you have to grow up,” Jenelle told the magazine.

Jenelle also complained about the officers who responded to her call.
“I would like to say that the officers did not help me at all that day,” she told the magazine, before disputing the officers’ claim that Jenelle didn’t have a copy of her restraining order with her, despite being told by a judge to always carry it.
“I did have a copy of the no-contact order and did provide it to the police because it’s always saved by email on my phone,” she insisted. “A detective called me and even came to my house the next day to get statements about what happened that day, but they didn’t end up pressing charges… I will be looking to extend my no-contact order.”

Us Weekly also reached out to David, who provided an (unintentionally) hilarious statement.
“My purpose in life has nothing to do with defending myself,” he said.

“I would rather offend the public, which is why I just recorded three new songs that will give everyone more of a[n] idea of how much I actually care what they think!” David continued. “My new song ‘Still David’ will give everyone more insight on how much I care what anyone thinks. Coming soon to all platforms!”

As The Ashley told you, Jenelle made the call to cops after David refused to drive their daughter, Ensley, and Jenelle’s son Kaiser to school after she and David fought about him calling Ensley a “drug addict” and other names. She hesistated to admit to the 911 operator that David was living at the house, despite there being a no-contact order between them.
“I have my ex-boyfriend here and he was here ‘coparenting’ with me,” Jenelle said during the call. “Now, um, we got into a little bit of an argument. And I told him, I said, ‘You need to get out. Move out. My [name] is on the lease.”
Jenelle stuttered before admitting, “He’s not even supposed to even, um, be here.”
Later in the call, Jenelle explains that she “didn’t hesitate” to call 911 this time, due to her “history with him and how things can escalate even worse than this. I didn’t want it to escalate. [I was] like, ‘Stop it right now and you need to get out.’”
David and Jenelle reconciled their swampy love story back in January, after Ensley was hospitalized. Jenelle explained during the call that she was forced to allow David to come to Las Vegas (where they were living at the time) to visit his daughter. From there, Jenelle and David rekindled their romance and Jenelle soon allowed David to move in with her and the kids in Vegas. David tagged along in May when Jenelle moved to Florida.

“At some point you have to grow up” 😂says the nearly 35 year old mother of three
Would love to be a fly on the wall when she goes to extend that no contact order and has to explain to the judge why she went along his violating the last one.
“I would rather offend the public, which is why I just recorded three new songs”. I agree with David because I feel personally victimized by his “songs” 😂
It will be foolish if a judge extends her no contact order. Since she only uses it in attempt to hurt David when she is angry and otherwise ignores it altogether.
Can’t wait to see how she attempts to justify this. Bet she tries going thru FL courts for a whole new one rather than attempt to “extend” the existing – even she probably knows the judge will tell her to fuck off. Anyone who invites their abusive ex back in on purpose, defends their doing so and then wanting to use the legal system to get their way needs to be told the word NO for once. Wonder if she realizes how easily the FL courts can find out she already had and still has a no contact order.
