After avoiding (and downright denying) the topic of taking back her ex-husband, Jenelle Evans is finally opening up about her short-lived revived romance with David Eason.

Earlier this week, the fired ‘Teen Mom 2’ star admitted that she gave David a “second chance” earlier this year (despite being legally divorced from him, having an active restraining order on him and previously testifying in court that he was dangerous, among other things).

In a video posted to social media, Jenelle explained why she took her swampy soulmate back in January, and then detailed what Big Dave did to finally get kicked out of her Florida home in August.

“I just think this needs to be addressed to all my fans,” Jenelle began.

Jenelle claims that she has (allegedly) “been so transparent” over the years (um…) so she wanted to talk about why her rebooted relationship with her swampheart sweetie ended this time around. 

“I’m was ‘coparenting’ with David, as we all know. I explained that before, for months,” she said. “And I let him visit with Ensley and I let them have their time together. Everything was nice at first. You know, he was very sweet and caring, trying to hold my hand and touch me a lot. That all went away within a month.”

(As The Ashley has previously told you, Jenelle allowed Davey to shack up with her for eight months, even letting him tag along when she moved from Vegas to Florida in May.) 

“The attitude [he has] began and the name-calling began once again,” she continued. “And that was the s**t I was dealing with for nine years, and I refuse to still put up with it now. [He was] slamming doors. I don’t know if he was being manic at some points, but it showed me a lot of red flags that I’ve recognized for years.”

Jenelle said the “breaking point”– aka what led her to give her employment-challenged ex the boot this time— was when David allegedly screamed at and insulted Ensley over her messy room.

“He was like, ‘Her room’s disgusting.’ Then he said, ‘What are you a drug addict? What are you, on drugs?'” Jenelle said.

“And I was like, ‘Um, excuse me. She’s nine years old. We’re not doin’ that!'” 

Jenelle claims that David continued to pepper Ensley with questions about her messy room (and the possibility that she was using drugs) while they drove the kids to school that morning.

“He’s like, ‘Her room’s a mess. I can’t believe it. You know, drug addicts act like that. Meth heads act like that.'”

“And I was like, ‘Dude, stop!'” Jenelle said. “And I turned around and I tell Ensley, ‘Don’t listen to him, you’re beautiful, you’re gorgeous, you’re smart’ and then he looked over and said, ‘Yeah, and a f**king baby!’ Sir, this is your daughter you’re talking to.”

Jenelle claimed that was enough to make her finally boot the brute from her home.

“I turned to him and I said, ‘You’re gonna get the f**k out of my house, and you will be homeless again,” she said.

Jenelle told David he can go shack up on the broken-down boat he was awarded in their divorce. This apparently angered him and, according to Jenelle, made David “[whip] the car around” and take the whole motley crew home, despite the kids needing to go to school. David told Jenelle that she would have to drive the youngins to school because he was refusing.

“I said, ‘I can’t even f**king walk or drive because I’m in pain!'” Jenelle— who has stated that she can “go paralyzed” at any time due to her health issues— insisted. 

“Once we get to the house, he starts packin’ all of his stuff,” Jenelle said.

David allegedly started rummaging through Jenelle’s purse for stuff to take, prompting her to remind her (now former) soulmate that there is still an active no-contact order in place between them (despite the fact that Jenelle had been choosing to ignore it for the previous eight months so they could “co-parent” together). 

“I did threaten to call the police,” she said. “I said, ‘Listen, if you don’t get your s**t and get the f**k out of my house right now, I don’t know where you’re gonna go but you better get out or I’m gonna call the police. I told him he would be escorted out. He dropped all of his stuff and got scared and ran out. And he went back to North Carolina. He didn’t ask for his hygiene stuff.”

“He didn’t ask for his clothes; he still hasn’t asked for anything, which is kind of weird,” Jenelle continued. 

She then stressed her disbelief that David could treat her so badly, despite her being so injured/sick/close to paralyzation.

“You knew what I was going through with my health and you still acted this way,” she said.

“You knew how you were acting years ago and you still did not step up for your family,” Jenelle said. “You didn’t work when you got to Florida; you didn’t try to pay for any bills. I was seeing everything happen all over again before my f**king eyes! And I was like, ‘I’m not doin’ this anymore and for you to treat me this way while I’m down, the downest I’ve ever been in my life because I literally cannot walk on my leg.”

Jenelle acknowledged that her followers were “concerned” about her carousing with David again and letting him live with her.

“I get that but I’m always a believer of second chances,” she said. “Unfortunately, I usually do that with my exes. That’s my track record. Everybody knows that. And this time, at least it only took a few months for me to realize or see the dramatic change in his behavior.”

Jenelle also accused David of trying to charge $3,000 on her credit card once he returned to North Carolina. (This is likely what she was referring to recently on social media when she accused David— as well as her other ex “August Keen”— of stealing her credit cards.) 

“He couldn’t pay for the boat-docking fee,” Jenelle said of David. “He wanted the boat so bad in the divorce and now he can’t even pay to have it parked. I got refunded, thank God, but then he said, ‘Our neighbor can cut our grass [on The Land in North Carolina] if you just give me $200 on Cash App.”

Jenelle confirmed that she sent David the money, only to find out later that the grass was never cut.

“I got played again! Out of $200…lesson learned.”

Jenelle, again, mentioned her many, many medical woes again.

“I have so many medical bills I’m paying for out of pocket. How dare you try charging $3000,” she said. “Like, you broke boy.” 

Jenelle claims that she hasn’t spoken to David in two weeks, but she did share several text messages she’s received from her former soulmate, apologizing and begging her to take him back.

“Right now I need a break from everything so my nervous system can go down and get better,” she said. 

In the comment section, Jenelle stated that she thought David have changed, given that he actually had a job and paid his bills during his relationship with recent ex Kenleigh Heatwole.

“I was very confused, years ago I thought I could change him and realized I couldn’t,” Jenelle told someone. “When he was with his recent ex he paid for bills so I thought he changed… but he didn’t. I should have expected the anger to come back.”

When someone in the comments pointed out that what David and Jenelle were doing was not “coparenting” but rather dating and shacking up, Jenelle insisted it didn’t count because they weren’t doing the horizontal mambo.

“Refusing to have intercourse and refusing to sleep together isn’t dating,” she commented.

David was none-too-pleased with Jenelle’s online monologue about their breakup. He posted (and has since deleted) a message that was almost certainly meant for Jenelle.

“Just let people talk, they tell on themselves without realizing it!” David said, adding an acronym for “The Truth Will Set You Free.”

Jenelle followed it up by announcing she has filed for child support, assumingly against David.
