The mother of “Daddy Derek” is coming for Farrah Abraham!
Stormie Clark decided she was done hearing the Backdoor Teen Mom talk about her late son, Derek Underwood, on various recent podcasts and has taken to TikTok to call Farrah out. Stormie— who has never been able to have a relationship with Farrah and Derek’s daughter Sophia— randomly decided she had time today and posted several videos and photos to her account, calling out both Farrah and her father Michael for their treatment of Derek. (As ‘Teen Mom’ fans know, Derek passed away in a car accident in December 2008, about a month before Sophia was born.)
In one video, Stormie posted a photo of Derek with what appears to be a bruised-up face. She claims that Derek’s injuries came from being physically attacked by Michael.
(Farrah has told the story about the incident, claiming that, while in high school, Derek snuck into her parents’ home to have sex with Farrah, and Michael caught them and attacked Derek. Farrah has claimed that Michael had a knife and was arrested for the attack.)
“This is what Farrah’s dad did to my child,” Stormie wrote. “Farrah let him in [her parents’ house]. She was not innocent here. He never snuck in. That [house] is a fortress. This is why I pressed charges. [Michael] beat him and held his neck up to the wall with a weapon.”
When Stormie was asked why she was bringing this to social media over 17 years after it occurred, Stormie wrote in the comment section that she is tired of hearing Farrah flap her gums about Derek. (The fired ‘Teen Mom’ star has frequently referred to herself as a “widow” in interviews, which is ridiculous, as she and Derek were never married and weren’t together when he passed away.)
“Farrah to this day is going on podcasts lying about a lot of things,” Stormie wrote. “I cannot hold back anymore. This is the truth, not what she is saying.”
In other comments left on the post, Stormie also called Farrah out for her poor treatment of Derek when he was alive, and denied Farrah’s claims that Derek treated her badly.
“I did not like how Farrah treated Derek. He also never hurt her. That was a lie,” Stormie wrote. “It was the other way around. I was told by a very, very reliable source– like one of Farrah’s best friends– that they saw ’16 & Pregnant’ online which she then asked Derek not to protect himself. She got her wish and now he is gone. He had no clue what she was plotting behind his back until MTV cameras showed up at their high school following her around.”
(As you may remember, Derek did not appear on Farrah’s “16 and Pregnant” episode. However, his voice did appear during a phone call with Farrah in which they were arguing.)
Stormie also decided to post a photo of Derek attending some sort of dance with a girl who is definitely not Farrah, seemingly as a way to show that the fairytale romance Farrah has tried to spin regarding her and Derek’s relationship is not factual.
“This was one of Derek’s girlfriends from school. They were happy together. I am still friends with her,” Stormie wrote. (That post has since been deleted.)
Over the years, Stormie and Farrah have had an extremely stormy (pun intended) relationship, and Farrah has accused Stormie of attempting to “kidnap” Sophia when she was a baby. (Stormie told The Ashley in 2013 that she never tried to “kidnap” Sophia. According to Stormie, she was at the park with her daughter and infant granddaughter when she saw Sophia arrive with her babysitter. Stormie asked the babysitter if she could hold Sophia, which she allowed her to do and a photo was snapped.)
Stormie has no relationship with Sophia, something Stormie clearly blames Farrah for.

After news of Stormie’s posts circulated, The Big F took to the post’s comment section to slam Stormie. (Naturally, Farrah did this using her signature word salad “Farrah Speak” format, which The Ashley has cleaned up so that it is at least readable. The Ashley did leave the misspellings, though, to preserve the “Farrah Speak.”)
“Ok so if this is his mom’s account which idk how she would have 3k followers on TikTok?” Farrah wrote.
“Stormy was stealing child support money 2 years after Derek’s death. She never gave Derek letters from his dad, Stormie Clark is a lier and child abuser, even to her grandkids. Stormie also stole Sophia from the babysitters and was rejected by the state for grandparental rights. She is a child abuser, her husband divorced her.
“Stormy would lock Derek out of her house all the time and he had no where to stay just like on prom night in front of my face. Her grandkids have reported her abuse multiple times,” Farrah added.
Back in 2013, Stormie told The Ashley that she believed Derek would have been a great father to Sophia.
“If Derek were alive today, Sophia’s life would definitely be different,” Stormie told The Ashley at the time. “She has so many family members that she has never even met… Derek would have been a great father to Sophia. She is his twin. Like I have always said, Derek was all about family. It is really sad that Sophia is missing out on meeting all of her family. We have so much love for Sophia. A child can never have too much love.”
Farrah’s dad, Michael, has not commented about Stormie’s claims.

Sophia go find out who your grandmother is yourself. Farrah has always and will always be toxic, all one has to do is watch and listen to her.
It’s wild how someone like Farrah Abram can instantly call out everyone else’s dysfunction but has zero recognition of her own mental brutality. Watching these kids grow up has been hard, knowing the trajectory they’re on. Even so, I’m hopeful that those who need to will eventually steady themselves.

I don’t blame Derrick’s mom honestly. The only thing I saw is Farrah being horrible to Derrick on the show. As horrible as she is now. I’m sure Stormie would have loved to have Sophia in her life because that is part of Derrick for her.
Farrah calling herself a widower is offensive. It bothered me for Farrah to take little Sophia to Derrick’s grave. She had no idea what was happening other than she saw her Mommy cry which upset her.
Derek’s mom claimed in the same post she was a single mom of 3 kids and implied his dad wasn’t involved. Is that true? Didn’t Farrah and Sophia visit Derek’s grave with some of his family? I’m assuming it wasn’t his mom.
His mom also stated Farrah purposely got pregnant to go on TV. Does that make sense time frame wise? Plus, what about Farrah trying to get an abortion?
that was derek’s stepmom, derek’s stepmom, dad and farrah kind of made it seem like stormie was the problem in the early seasons especially since derek didn’t have a good relationship with her before he died but who knows what actually happened tbh
I think the Farrah we met at 16 was so much different than who she is now. Regardless if they were together her heart broke when he died. I cried when Deb punished her for feeling sad as it was obvious she was a kid who never got to feel her feelings. Because as long as he was alive there was still a chance of maybe some day. I can’t imagine how that must felt giving birth knowing there was no daddy and she was stuck with controlling abusive parents. Also to have that baby look just like him, it changed her.
Obviously it wasn’t the love to end all love but for awhile it was for her. No doubt it has grown expediently in her mind but she’s also charged with keeping him alive for a kid who never met her dad and deeply loves him. And to try and minimize that based on someone else’s opinion is cruel. I have teenage boy and what I know of his love life is minimal at best. It’s very clear they both were dealing with controlling parents who didn’t want them together. Had he lived they probably would have never worked out but they never got the chance to find out.
I read Farrah’s book and this fairy tale she tries to spin is a hot mess. She and Derek were definitely not soul mates or the loves of each other’s lives.
They were on again, off again like crazy, most of her book was about them breaking up and getting back together, getting drunk and having sex.
Derek didn’t even know she was pregnant when he died. She totally weaponized her pregnancy by not telling him.
It’s sad Sophia will never know her dad, but it’s sadder her mom has kept her from knowing his family.
Farrah is the absolute WORST for preventing a relationship with Derek’s family. How disgraceful. Time that may never be recovered. Selfish Cnt
Farrah has always tried to capitalize on Derek’s death. The episode of 16 and pregnant she treated him like crap and played games and wouldn’t tell him that she was pregnant. They weren’t even together when he passed and she’s still trying to play the sad widow. She just loves the attention
My son and husband didn’t have the best relationship when my son was an older teen. Lots of people don’t. Teens can be little assholes. My son admits he was one and regrets many of his behaviors. 10+ years later they’re very close and talk almost every day. I don’t judge people by the teen years. I don’t judge their relationships from that period either.
not trying to defend farrah BUT a lot of stuff she has said in the past has been consistent and it was a known fact that even derek’s dad and stepmom confirmed that derek didn’t have a good relationship with his mom before he died, so i kind of am inclined to believe what farrah is saying has at least some truth to it
Not defending Farrah because she is very mentally ill, she is just sad and pathetic. But Derek was no angel, he was driving drunk out of his mind, killing himself and his friend Zachary Mendoza, another boy in the car was injured but survived. I believe that Stormie bought them the booze, Derek was 18 and Mendoza was also 18 the third boy was 19. All of these people are pure trash.
And if you know the area it’s even crazier they were out drinking and driving.
Everyone from the Omaha/CB area drinks and drives (especially before Lyft/Uber, and still even now). I grew up there and am the same age as Farrah. Even in my early 20s it wasn’t if you’d get a DUI living there, it was when. I also had a classmate pass from drunk driving with his friends when I was in hs. It’s sadly very common there- huge drinking culture and not a lot else to do.
It was Mendoza’s mom (named Jackie Kennedy, believe it or not) who bought the alcohol, and the autopsy said that alcohol was not the cause of the crash. (Not that I’m excusing anyone’s actions here, though. All involved were irresponsible and made bad choices.)
